After ordering eye glasses from goggles4U. I am unable to connect to eyebuydirect.com website. I get this message. Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.eyebuydirect.com/" on this server.

I had a tab open to eyebuydirect.com when I was ordering from goggles4U. I was getting my prescription from eyebuydirect.com.

Please tell me how to get whatever is blocking this website off my computer.

I am running windows 7pro.

I have a problem connecting to the attached website. I have deleted both the cooking and cache for this website. I don't have a problem with the Chrome browser going to the same website. What do I need to do to get it working again on my up-to-date Firefox? Thanks!

TODAY BEGAN HAVING PROBLEMS OPENING PAGES BEYOND HOMEPAGE. SEE ATTACHED IMAGE. HOMEPAGE LOADS LOADS NORMALLY BUT LINKS WITHIN HOMEPAGE DISPLAY ACCESS DENIED. WITH OR WITHOUT ENHANCED PROTECTION. Two local home improvement store websites are denying access to searching or logging on to an account with them. I have cleared cash and removed cookies and that sort of thing but I have yet to change browsers... Should I do that?

I can not figure out how to add a site to allow the location there is no i in the address bar but the site is all about location and I figured I not get a verification email to join the site since it is not on location so how do I add a site with no i site is called nextdoor.com

What a nuisance. As the subject says - I've never had a Primary Password. All of a sudden you're being a nuisance over it, so I've created one via your "Forgot Password" procedure. As I never EVER want Mozilla to remember passwords for me, and that appears to be one of the reasons you give for having a "Primary Password", I find this change highly objectionable. Just regard this as feedback, because I imagine that now I'll be saddled with my "Primary Password" forever, or until I change to a different browser. John Gipps

I need to find where all my bookmarks are on my computer so I can restore them. My operating system is Windows 7. Even when I try to restore through import/backup and it says it was successful there are none of my saved bookmarks. Can you help in specific steps how I can get these back? From what I read there should be a Firefox file on my computer where these are all saved. Thanks!!

After defaulting Firefox, the previously used add-ons Easy-YouTube downloader, Easy YouTube Video Downloader Pro as well as YouTube Online Video Downloader do not appear on Youtube anymore, like they did before. This never happened before. It was always possible to add and use them again. What to do? Thank you for your help.. I should maybe add that I use a Laptop with Windows Seven. Laugh if you like, I want nothing else, why would I ? I know how to use this thing and it took me long enough, the newer Microsoft Programmes I came across are so terrible, I wonder how any-one can stand them. Thanks again for your time.

Hi Had some problems with the computer. According to Microsoft the dll error was caused by the new Adobe acrobat. Trying to fix this problem some of the websites in Firefox are having now problems. EXP. Kohl's Error code: SEC_ERROR_REVOKED_CERTIFICATE. Home Depot Oops!! Something went wrong. Please refresh page. This is only happening in Firefox with Windows 7, Firefox version 115.33.Oesr 64 bit. When I access these two websites on Chrome in the same computer everything is fine.

What is causing these errors in Firefox????? Can you please help!!!!!

148.0 was updated today and somewhere the user profiles was changed; all website addresses for pw management were not able to connect. I have two computers on a home network; 1. a Digital Engine Win7 enterprise with Firefox ESR 115.33 operating OK, 2 is a CUBI mini Windows 10 Enterprise Firefox `48.0. I am in process of taking the windows 7 out of service and was doing some cleanup on home network and I noticed had a connection failure on the 2. machine. I looked at the browsers and discovered that the old firefox data is not on desktop as it once was, and I also noticed that the user profile for the about:profile was wrong. I need to restore the CUBI profile. I was moving some things around and lost continuity somewhere. II just remembered....there is a refresh on the control panel for mozilla. looks like this is going to work just fine. The old windows 7 makes a good traveling encyclopedia!

Ok I did a refresh; the machind took over recovered all the data files, repaired and cleared a path for restart of Firefox. and that failed due to a TLS handshake between Mozilla and Google.failed. I have mozilla, firefox, google and chrome accounts. All google accounts are logged out at this time; mozilla is logged in on the Win 7 machine and the failed refreshed machine needs to do the TLS....

Question: should I log in to google account and repeat a refresh? Seems like a dumb question

I answered my own dumb question.....I signed on to google and I guess Mozilla refress allowed the default browser to get the handshake but I noticed the settings were incomplete on my oped Firefox; once I set my tabs and prefs the web addresses were back to norm....I have a working pair of end of life OS PCs which are still going strong thanks to the Mozilla Open House! Pocket was removed some time ago. is there any way to get back the aspect of Pocket that allowed capturing the text and pictures from a website and copying and pasting that to (for example ) a Microsoft Word document?

Maybe a third party, as long as it was approved by Firefox.
