Why can't I access Bill Pay?

You might have cookies blocked or cross-site tracking prevented. Depending on what browser you're using, check your settings for these terms:

I am getting this message when I go into Bill Pay  All other functions wok OK

I tried the crash report, you are not up to date. This was useless.

I am very mad because I have seen a continuing occurrence. Firefox crashes when I am on an alternative website not mainstream media sites. This looks like censorship!@!!!

I don't like it one bit. It has occurred while on Brighteon, Natural News and Locals. At least 6 times and never on other stuff.

‘When i am on ebay after 4 or 5 selections everything locks up only way to free it is up is close Firefox browser then I'm unable to launch fire fox for several minutes sometimes have to do restart of pc!. Only site happens on. I asked ebay they didn't help completely unable to shop. Please help! I'm retired rocket Scientist go figure! Bruce Allen

well, most ad provider let you customize your ad preference I can allow virtual realitity devices ads and "turn off" android apps or food delivery apps however, they will completely ignore those settings if they can't show me an ad for my prefered topics specifically, I live in a very backwater rural town, I've paid a good sum to ship my VR equipment from another state, so it would be nice to see some games I can buy from their store, but of course, because I live in a backwater town and they don't sell vr equipment nearby, they will attempt to show an ad for something I can but locally, and you guessed it, they show me ads for ifood and uber eats, despite me telling them to not show me ads for android apps or food delivery I don't mind the ads per say, but between a major annoyance and no annoyance at all, the choice is obvious and no, I don't want white-list websites on ublock, if I could, I would left all websites show ads, if they were actually interesting to me instead of random junk I can find on the app store

Today, 6/10/22, I did what we sheep are trained to do, click on the latest update. What happened next is excruciatingly painful: EVERY SINGLE--ALL--FAVORITES AND SAVED PAGES--YEARS, YEARS WORTH OF SAVED PAGES AND FAVORITES, ERASED, GONE, WIPED OUT.

WHAT IS GOING ON? WAS THIS INTENTIONALLY PROGRAMMED? YEARS WORTH OF SAVED PAGES, GONE!!!

So I clicked on an excitingly named "restore" type link. Which resulted in only today's subsequent web activity being included.

What are you people doing?

why do i get this,(We're experiencing technical difficulties.) on all pch.com and spectrum.pch.com

My webcam is not working in firefox and its working in other browser. Its probably since last update -101.0.1 . I tried on different sites, changing some privacy and permission settings but still doesn't work at all.

This will be brief.

Can I rename the .corrupt file to restore my logins and passwords? This seems to have occurred during the last update. I am have heart palpitations. I have no other backups.

I have two .corrupt files created at the same time (see image), but their appear identical. This is odd. Does this even matter.

I'm a regular user & used Firefox since long time on my PC & Smartphones i loved this browser. Firefox is my main browser and there are more than 50 website Login & Passwords saved on my Firefox account. Because i trust Firefox so much. I don't keep passwords anywhere except Firefox & i don't even remember all this logins. Recently i forgot my Firefox password and just reset the password unaware of that is caused delete all my logins. So when i reset i lost all my important logins and password. I don't no why you guys did this and now i lost all my hopes. i cant even log my Facebook, Instagram, twitter and so many important websites i daily using. Please i appreciate if recover my old logins & password to this Firefox account and let me keep using Firefox in future.

Hello, I am logged into my account successfully. I have a recovery key but in can't use it because the only option at that point is to create a new one. Also at that point for some reason my password fails! Please can you help? Christopher

I just downloaded latest FireFox update. I immediately lost my internet connection. I disconnected my Proton VPN and my internet access was restored. I reconnected the VPN and again otherwise lost internet connection. I was not having problem before update.

I have had several problems with firefox add-on extension that keep disappearing, specifically metamask. I want to refrain from continuously re-adding this add on and have to setup up everything from scratch again.

Why does this keep happening? How to prevent this from happening in the future? Can I restore the add/extension?

Btw - there is a new folder on my desktop "old firefox data"

Please assist.
