How can I open my Mozilla account?
My Firefox has changed and cant seem to login to my account as I usually did and I'm not sure what to do

I just updated firefox and it lost all my passwords - I need to go back to the last version so I can continue working on my PC.. I have several Gmail accounts I use all the time, none of them will open right now! My Etsy account won't open, my Paypal account won't open. I need this reset back as soon as possible..
I am not a tech person - and really need to keep working - not take the time to figure this out!

I’m trying to sign in and I get to the point where a code should be sent to me but nothing happens with neither text nor emailing. I have not changed my email address or my telephone number. I have tried changing my browser (Google and Firefox) but there is no change. I have tried deleting the app, switching my phone off and back on then reloading the app but to no avail. I am partially deaf so not good on the phone but I can text!
