ever since I downloaded firefox as my browser, it won't let me download any games on iwin. It also says that firefox crashed

Some downloads are blocked by windows 11 security but this does not happen when using Chrome using the same web address.
I have attached the Firefox screenshot error message when trying to save the download. Following this message, Windows 11 put this notification (see other screenshot).
I am unable to save downloaded files and have no Firefox Reset button.
What might be doing the cancellation?
When I went to download it, it said I had insufficient space on my disc. How do I fix that?
I think I have the most up to date firefox and still I get failed in the download box, any time I try to download files or more important pdf files.

Yesterday I thought I had downloaded two CDs from Amazon Music. I received the invoices for them but could not find the downloads on my Windows 11 Desktop.
I just spoke with Amazon who said there has recently been an issue with Firefox and that I should use Chrome to receive downloads. I asked for a refund instead as I value the privacy that Firefox gives me.
I am using the latest version of Firefox and am curious to know:
1) What the issue is? 2 Have others experienced this? 3) Is it likely to be resolved? 4) Why Amazon doesn't test its software for Firefox compatibility before making changes?
