After being nagged to update to the latest version of Firefox, i did so thinking all the windows and tabs would be restored. I have been thru multiple updates with with no problems in the past. I have been through most of the self help but nothing works. The restore last session is greyed out.
I do not speak geek.
I can no longer see nor retrieve my saved shortcuts.
My bookmarks are not working and I lost all my stored passwords

I had a problem with my Zotac PC and had to do a reset, when done none of my passwords or bookmarks came back after the resety even though Firefox asked for my password and email to send me a code but everything is gone and I have way to reach some of my frequently used sites, can you please help? My Firefox crashed and one of my windows with a bunch of tabs was lost. I have a bunch of windows open for dedicated sorting of tabs (one for socials, one for videos, etc). Earlier, my Firefox crashed and it attempted to restore my session but did not restore one specific window I had. I looked in the "History > Recently Closed Windows" and it was not there either. This specific window had a bunch of work related things on it and while I can sift through my history and re-open each tab individually and rebuild it that way, that's really frustrating and time consuming. Is my window just lost now?
