Hello, my wife recently broke her computer, so I bought a new one and gave her my old one. Yesterday she deleted a lot of my bookmarks, which are no longer available on my account. Is there any way to retrieve them?

I recently had to do a hard reset on my Windows 11 PC. When I reinstalled Firefox, tried to retrieve my bookmarks, they are not there. Is there anyway to retrieve those book marks from 6 months ago?

I recently had to have my harddisk replaced as it had become corrupted. The technician did not reload Firefox or Thunderbird. I hope this can be done as a restore so that I find my bookmarked and favourite websites and my e-mails

Hello! I had to change my laptop for work and there were very important settings, passwords, etc., which I successfully restored on new devices. I forgot my password and had to reset it via email, after which I can't sync. I don't have visited tabs or anything else. Please restore my account history. I was not aware of the data being cleared when resetting the password.

When I opened Firefox today, all my bookmarks are gone and a message about a Firefox is opened by another application is showing. None of your online suggestions helped. Is there a hidden way to restore Firefox to another version?

hello how do i recover firefox bookmarks and passwords from win 10 computer that failed motherboard hard drive ok . and put them on new win11 computer i did not have a firefox account on old drive or sync setup but i can access files on old drive.

Okay, we had a power outage while my computer was on. When I rebooted, everything worked but Firefox. The sites would come up, but the keyboard would not work. (It worked on every other program.) So, I "reset Firefox." In that process, it made me add the Webroot extension. Now, my new tabs folder is all wrong. It is full of ads. It does not have my regular new tabs. And when I click on facebook or amazon, it does not take me where I want to go.

How can I sync my laptop new tabs to my desktop?

Or, how can I restore my old new tabs on my desktop?

All my bookmarks are dissappear. I tried follow the instructions how to restore, but it's still didn't work. when I select Manage bookmark, Import/back up, select files. It pops up an error. Is there any other solutions that you can help me with. thank you very much for your concern and support.

all bookmarks have disappeared along with my passwords. how do I get them back? previous answers haven't helped. before that, I would have trouble playing video and audio together, if I turned the audio off the video would work then when I turned the audio back on the video stopped. I am about ready to delete Firefox and use another browser.

Hello, I'm a few weeks late signing back into my Mozilla account after deletion email called for the last day as June 10th. Considering I travel alot for work, I didn't sign back in until now. Firefox crashed and I cannot recover my tabs from history. I click on restore all tabs and it does nothing. The tabs I was hoping to recover do not even appear in my history either.
