My account won't sync my old passwords and browser history. I recently reinstalled windows and when I tried to sign in to my mozilla account my data wasn't there.

This afternoon, I clicked on a link from an email and for the first time got a choose a profile pop-up. I do not want this; I have read info on Mozilla and elsewhere about its purpose but it doesn't say how to just stop the pop-up - there should be an option just stop the pop-up because I don;t want to have to choose amongst options. I have started copy-pasting the links in emails and going to Chrome and will seriously have to reconsider using Firefox of this continues. I don't want to have to type about:config or anything - this should have been an opt out or opt in thing and I want out. Thank you for your help.

How can i talk to tech support? unable to share screen on both zoom and ms teams. also, limited function within browswer and zero access to both ms teams and zoom via application outside browser. per endnote tech support, the problem with either apple or firefox. i need to go through the process of elimination where is the problem originating.

I'm on the local network. When I use Firefox to download a very small .docx file, the download gets stuck and doesn't move, taking a while to complete. But with Edge, it downloads almost instantly. Please help resolve this issue.

I am on a Windows 11 machine. Lastpass extension for the Firefox browser does not maintain my vault data. I have to refresh each time I go into the browser. This just started a couple of days ago. Perhaps after installing a new Tmobile gateway? Ideas on how to address/fix?

Running Windows 11. Recently there is a small gear symbol on the Firefox icon in the Taskbar. I don't want it there and it's irritating as hell. Apparently it has something to do with profile. I don't care what it has to do with, I want it to go away. I went to about:config and set browser.profiles.enabled to false, but every time I restart Firefox, it apparently gets set to true again.

There is no reason for Firefox to have forced this visual change on users. How do I make the gear go away permanently? The gear goes or Firefox gets uninstalled and I'll go back to Chrome.

I have been trying to enable Firefox Sync on my Windows 11 PC (Firefox 145.02). I open the Firefox Sync window, I click on Log In, I enter my e-mail and click on "Sign up or Sign In" and then the view freezes and I never get any further. The attached screen capture never changes, no matter how long I wait.

its pretty much what it says on the tin, im not seeing my channel points in chat

i turned off the enhanced tracking and i still cannot see or earn my channel points i have turned my site security to nothing to see if that would do anything I have turned off all my add-ons and they just dont show can anyone tell me whats happening here

You cant just delete all my bookmarks. Im almost in tears to have lost so much. This is beyond a joke, beyond any kind of punishment or war-crime.

How can you have the ability to delite so many bookmarks that people treasure and live with on a whim through b.s. with no apology, no meaning or reason given.

You are atrocious. This action will have caused immeasurable pain and grief to me because you suddenly decide one day you can wipe out all bookmarks on an account for no reason at all.

you asked me to change my profile, choose a color and I did. But when I wanted to Firefox, all my old password and bookmarks had disappeared. I want them back if I am going to continue to use Firefox as my favorite browser.
