Hi I've been a happy Firefox user for many years now. For no obvious reason, the ebay signin page stopped working yesterday, 26 March 2019, when using Firefox. It also doesn't work on Windows Explorer. But I have just downloaded Chrome (on ebay customer service advice) and found that the ebay signin page works fine on Chrome. I don't want to have to use Chrome - it is a product of the Evil Empire which works to enslave humanity. Please, please would you harness the mighty power of the Mozilla Monster to stamp on whatever vile bug the Ebay/Google Evil Empire have just created? Trusting in the Mighty Mozilla, and with many thanks, RWaddington

For the last few weeks I haven't been able to pay via Paypal on Ebay. The Paypal sign in circle just keeps spinning. So I've had to use Chrome to make my purchases. I'm having other problems elsewhere. I can't sign into my account on an Newspaper I read. And I can't access the tracking boxes on the Collect Plus website. This has all just been in the last few weeks. And it doesn't happen if I use Chrome. Firefox is up to date. I disabled add ons. Made no difference. Any advice for a fix??

How does one escape a recursive loop as Firefox "resends" information after performing a CAPTCHA which endlessly prompts a new CAPTCHA ad infinitum?...

I am trying to establish, and use, an eBay account overseas, much as I do with Amazon, but eBay.fr asks me to perform a CAPTCHA when dealing with my account and once I get my green check-mark Firefox stomps down with a dialogue box demanding that I accept their requirement to resend information in order for me to view the page, but re-sending only brings me back to having to perform the CAPTCHA, not to the page that doing the CAPTCHA was intended to permit me access to. Of course clicking the CAPTCHA box so soon after successfully getting through it immediately produces a green check-mark without having to deal with any more images, yet Firefox still stomps on me with a "resend" box, ENDLESSLY.

Clicking "cancel" instead of resend brings no relief. Do I really have to use another browser just to be able to deal with outfits that Firefox is senselessly stomping all over?

Argh.

Hi I hope your all well.

Since this morning I have been having trouble with my ebay account. When I click into any of the tabs within the 'myebay' section. After a few seconds the page directs me to a 3rd party malicious page which looks like it is coming from my service provider and it asks me to complete a survey for a prize.

I contact my ISP, surprise!! Turns out it isn't genuine. I then turned to ebay and they know nothing of it. I have tried chrome browser and it isn't happening there. ISP tech guys and ebay tech guys all say it is the browser.

It is constantly happening and I think it is only with the 'myebay' section of ebay.

This is the URL; https://eu.moneysavingexpertelectricity.xyz/2595eee0cdf090a2fd29f02d9bfd3cea/index.html?ip=84.203.92.236&trackid=202005051210361924

Can someone please help. Thanks Dom

hi. recently I have found that I can't load ebay correctly on Firefox, it loads fine on Edge. Other websites appear OK. I don't know how to describe the appearance - there are no images, only various numbered headings, and highlighted links.( I have taken a screenshot, but don't know how to save it in a format that can be loaded on to this page!). It has only been a problem for a few days. What to do??

I don't know what it is with Firefox & Ebay. Ebay is one of the biggest, most popular sites on-line, so you'd think that all browsers would be compatible with it. Not the case, it would seem, with Firefox.

Yesterday morning all was well, but from yesterday evening my "My Ebay" page won't display correctly.

I get the header and the side bar and that is the lot, no other content.

I can still search, but even there, I am unable to select any of the alternate pics that you see when looking at an item and the option to magnify the same image doesn't work either.

Once again I've had to resort to IE, which at least works, albeit slowly.

LG.

It's a simple question: Why Firefox enforces by default extensions like Amazon, Bing, eBay, Google ? What really these extensions do?

Paradox#1: Firefox enforces to use those totally insecurity and unreliable companies! Paradox #2: Firefox don't even show those extensions mentioned above! Paradox #3: Even when I remove them from "Options->Search Engines" these ones keep being enabled and hidden! Paradox #4: Third party program needed to manage those Firefox hidden extensions! I Disable all above extensions by "CCleaner" and: Paradox #5: they comes back by default in every Firefox damn update!

I wish I'm wrong I would pleased if someone explain in an article, or even in few words, why all those. I think Mozilla should detailed explain.

Thanks in advance and Sorry for my English.

latest Firefox update is interfering with e-bay why? It is working properly with other browsers. Your continuous constant updates has broken e-bay. Two loads of updates in under 8 days, ridiculous. Has Firefox gone mad? I have used Firefox all my life, this last year it has been behaving weird with the OTT updates.
