I can't figure out how to install Firefox on Windows 11. Their link gets me to APPS in Setting but from there I'm lost. I can't find in APPS where to allow for apps from third parties. I think MS does this on purpose.

I recently Upgraded to a new Mac. I updated the software to Ventura 13.0.1. Followed the Migration package as suggested by Apple. Process appeared to work well with a few exceptions. One being the subject of this question. I use the buttons on the home screen a lot. A while back I made each button use the website logo. Now I have lost those icons which were replaced by the first initial of the site. can someone help on this?

Upon the last update (v.83), my favourite Flash golf game "World Golf Tour" ceased to work.

The makers of the game have already taken steps to move to a different platform on January 1st ... but the existing Flash version still works perfectly ... until YOU came along!

Your so-called "update" made it impossible to even load World Golf Tour's menu screen - I heard the music, but the graphics were frozen.

I'm no Sherlock - but this problem only occurred when Firefox updated.

It took me ages to downgrade back to v.82.3 - but WGT loaded perfectly when I did it.

Proving that it's YOUR fault! So don't give me this "most problems are caused by other peoples' software" stock answer crap.

I WILL upgrade to the latest version of Firefox on January 1st, not one second before.

Is there any way I can turn off the "Download Firefox Update Reminder" until then?

It's really annoying.

So I've disabled Firefox updates because of the personal preferences. It keeps nagging me every day with the modal to update. How do I disable this annoying useless feature?

Firefox 85.0 on mac os.

I've tried searching "about:config" for all preferences that contain "update" and look like timers and changed the timestamps to something in the far future. Still no dice, the update dialog keeps appearing every day like clockwork.

When I try to open a word document from a website via firefox it will not open. Constantly gives me an error message. Been in touch with microsoft word and its not an issue on their side.

I can open the documents via microsoft edge but not fire fox.

I keep getting the same error

The last fully compatible version I could use was 78.6.1 ESR. I know I need a new profile to go backwards but I can't find the specific file. I can see the version I would like in a directory but don't know how to download/install it. Thank you all:)

Have 2011 Mac which won't support newer OS updates.

please advise how to update our system. we are senior citizen, we used your system to order our food from instacart, . Now we cannot use it because we were told that instacart system were upgraded, our system should al also be upgraded, Unfortunately, we are not computer "savy". PLease help. As Firefox was working slowly, I used restore option as describe. But I didn't make a backup of my personnal toolbar with all my favorites... How can i restore it?

Hi! I am trying to move FF profile with saved data such as extensions (anti-captha). Tried just copy a profile folder but not successful. It is not contains folder "extensions". Please help!

Hlw Mozilla, I have facing a problem with my download file . Today i download a very important file but i didn't find that file. Can you give me that file or how can i get that file ?

Note: There is no way for download that file again .

Firefox is downloaded and installed to my Microsoft PC. How do I make it my main browser? Or should I leave Google do the work and use Firefox occasionally? Also, how do I transfer or copy Google Bookmarks to Firefox?
