The main screen (desktop) there were 4 rows of bookmarks connecting me (user) with the websites that are frequently connected. Recently after restarting the desktop computer, those shortcut bookmarks no longer display. Plus I'm unable to connect to the record of bookmarks previously saved using the star icon. (I hope this is a descriptive explanation to elicit assistance in this matter) [edited email from public support forum]

While taking screenshot of entire page or section within the page, taken screenshot resolution is of very low quality. As a result when shared the screenshot with someone using copy paste function or download and share option, in both methods screenshot image quality is very low making it very difficult to read data/text from the same. Text from the screenshot is barely in readable format. Even zooming the image distorts image totally. I want a way to increase screenshot resolution or improve its image quality so we can read easily without zoom or zooming the image file.

Hello, I have just installed Firefox version 144.0.2 on a new computer. I have access to all of the Firefox files and data on the original computer, but I am not able to run Firefox on that computer. Therefore, I am not able to create an export file from the original installation. Is it possible for me to import all of the original Firefox data into the new installation? Everytime i search something online (e.g. in reddit) firefox translates the post in german. Even though i have translate english cleary turned off.

Do i need to change my browser or am i missing something?

I have purchased a new computer and I want ot transfer al my bookmarks, login details etc onto the new one. I have followed the instructions given on your help pages, to no effect. My old computer ruins Firefox under Win 10. The new computer runs the same version under Win 11. I have copied the contents of Profiles from the old to the new, but Firefox says the profile is missing. When I copy and add the folders in Profiles to the Win 11 computer, there is no difference. The names of the folders in Profiles are different on each computer, so I think that it is looking for a particular file/folder name, but I don't know which one. Can anyone help me?

I know that messenger is going away on he desktop as per Meta. Ever since i have had Messenger through Firefox when i click on the camera and the voice it say it can not be done on Firefox browser.
