Something or somebody emptied my bookmarks. I tried the import/restore routine but was told that Firefox "was unable to process the backup file." I also tried System Restore without success. Can you help me? I don't want to leave Firefox, but the problem reoccurs, which is maddening and time-wasting. Thanks, Bruce Berckman

Firefox stops loading pages. I try to browse a webpage and it just keeps loading, but nothing happens (black screen). I open chrome, request the same webpage, it loads immediately. In Firefox, it keeps loading. Sometimes it loads it after 1-2 minutes. Sometimes not. Problem is fixed after restarting firefox, but comes back again after some time.

What the hell do you guys do with the latest update?? My home page is all screwed up and does not look or act at all as my old home page. Apparently there is no way to go back to the "old" look and feel. Not a good decision. Seriously thinking of abandoning Firefox (since I used it in WIndows-7) for a browser that will make my life easier, not harder. At 81 years old I don't time to waste futzing around trying to get my home page to work. "Technology getting in the way of Life." If someone want to guide me to getting my old Firefox home page back, email me. Bob

Hello.

I'm trying to order multiple products on "Bulk.com", i have each tab open for every product that i wish to place in my "shopping basket". When placing the first product in the basket and then moving on to the next tab for placing the the next product in the basket, the basket does not update so that there's total of 2 products in the basket. I'm not sure why this is not updating, but when i tried to do the same thing in Microsoft Edge it worked just fine, and i also contacted Bulk about this and they tried on Google Chrome, which also worked for them. I don't use Chrome so i haven't tried it there. I've deactivate all ad blockers, I've also tried to clear all the cookies and nothing seems to work? So I'm wondering what else is there that i need to try or do so that it work as it should. I've also tried to buy things from other sites which works just fine, so I'm wondering why it works on some sites and not in others?

Hi, I've seen others ask this same question in archived posts with no proper answer.

How do I select all tabs to be imported from a synced machine? I have the list on my sidebar, I can import or close one tab at a time, but there is no menu available to select them all (there are many). Right-clicking on the device name etc. does nothing.

Windows 11, Firefox 141.0

Tabs are not restoring after session closed. I have tried the profile suggestion. I verified my settings say open tabs from last session. Rebooted. Cleared cache then opened tabs then closed and it keeps only opening one tab. It crashed last night with tabs on it and this was the results once I brought it back up.

On Windows 11 Pro, with the promotional McAfee app already uninstalled, the Firefox browser persistently presents what amounts to a Pop-up advertisement in the form of a fake new tab that remains in the background, unseen and left open even after one closes the browser session. How can this phenomenon be permanently terminated?

My Mozilla Firefox bookmarks are Bookmarks 2025-07-22.JSON. They worked well on my older Dell computer. I bought a new Dell desktop computer. I am disgusted with Google. My bookmarks on my C Drive. If you can't help me reload those bookmarks, I may as well decide to delete Firefox and use another such as Total Browser. I certainly hope you will help me load 2025-07-22.JSON on my new computer - it is ridiculous that Firefox wants to put in the full address on the C Drive instead of simply loading those. On Firefox on my last computer I used News which was bookmarked Daily Wire, Epoch Times, Salem News Channel, God's World News, One America News, Washington Times, New York Sun, and local Sterling Virginia Weather. I also use biography sites https://www.Worldhistory.org and Britannica.com [both of which I pay for monthly, as https://www.wikipedia.org/. I also have a Biography folder with names from A to Z I also have many music folders 1940s, 1950s, 1960s, 1970s, 1980s, 1990's, 2000s, Music group and singers A to Z, Blues music, Bluegrass, Christian Alternative Music, Country classic, Country & Western Gospel, Folk Singers, Jazz, Motown, Soul and many others which I have gathered over the past 10 years

Hello, I have been using Firefox for more than 20 years, but I am now considering stopping. The reason is the new Firefox Translate extension. It constantly shows pop-ups, and there is no option to disable it. This is extremely annoying. If an option to disable this feature is not added, I will say goodbye to Firefox, because this extension works very poorly. It should only appear when needed—showing up all the time makes no sense.

Still unable to connect to Facebook.com, all other websites are fine. Have uninstalled and reinstalled twice and still, it only shows me a page stating " Sorry. something went wrong:( " . I am able to login on other devices without any issues and am able to login on this device if i use a different browser. Whilst in trouble shooting mode, i am still Unable to access Facebook.

When trying to access a particular article to download it to Ancestry, the following message appears:
