I cannot log into my account and synchronize my data, logins and passwords. I downloaded the latest version of the browser on the official website. Below I will send screenshots proving that there are no buttons or anything that would indicate at least the slightest login to your account. BUT YOU'RE SHOVING YOUR ****** AI BOT EVERYWHERE.

I want to "synch"/ export/migrate my current tabs on my old computer to this computer -- the 'synch now' button in your settings doesnt seem to take it on - please let me know?

I am trying to synchronise my web browser on my phone to my laptop, but when I try to do so using the QR code I get an error saying I need to use a Mozilla app to do it rather than my phone camera app (see attached)

I can’t find anywhere in my Firefox browser settings this app!

I changed my windows and install firefox again, but after I logged to my account I cannot revive my bookmarks and passwords. sync doesn't work for me. I did it several times. but now , it doesn't work.

this is my back-up laptop, which until recently synced perfectly with the main one. now all bookmarks are missing, and I cannot understand what is happening the background.

My firefox deleted all my passwords and bookmarks last night. I manually inputed everything from scratch and now it has all deleted again. I pressed sync no multiple times and nothing is popping up. I am extremely annoyed. If this isn't resolved I must switch to a new browser.

I use Firefox for work. Recently, I refreshed my desktop and now my favorites do not sync with the fresh Firefox installation. I've logged out, uninstalled/reinstalled, etc. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Firefox desktop saved logins not appearing on android. Sync enabled on both devices yesterday. Previously worked fine, kinda frustrating having to manually re enter everything.

I have two computers that I use and I have them setup the same. Both have Windows 11, both are the same model, HP. One computer has 260 passwords and the other has 253 passwords. Why aren't they the same. Same sign in name Ronald Cogan, same email, same password. But when I bring up the one computer it shows 260 passwords and when I move over to the other computer it show 260

You need to enable me to sync the desktop to my mobile phone. I've had mozilla firefox on my Mac and android phone for years but now I am expected to work out how to create a back up and then delete all of my data and trust it will upload to the new browser on my desktop -- which before the update held the same data. Really unimpressed. Get it sorted.

Dear All, I recently reinstalled Windows and updated to the latest Firefox. When I tried to sign in to sync/restore my bookmarks, Firefox could not recognize my password. I reset it and used the new password, but the bookmarks that appeared were outdated, and not all information synced to my current account.Could you please advise on the steps (or a quick solution) to fix this?Many thanks for your support in advance.Kind regards, Tareq Zeyad

I opened up Firefox for the first time in a while on this newer laptop, and all of my bookmarks are missing. I recently opened Firefox on my work desktop, and they were all there.

Any help would be appreciated!

My personal laptop was being repaired, and I was using my mom's old laptop until mine was fixed. I logged out of her Mozilla account on that laptop and signed into my own. Now that I have my personal laptop back, all of my passwords, bookmarks, and extensions are mixed in with all of hers. I don't know what to do, and I'm worried that if I remove bookmarks from my account, it'll create a domino effect that results in a catastrophic Mother's Day.... Please help, I'm not good with technology, I'm just a geology major.
