When I right click on an image in Firefox, I've always been able to select "view image info". This is very helpful, but now it appears to be gone in latest Developer edition. Do others see the same. If so, why was it removed? It's still there in the regular version of Firefox.

Has anyone noticed that many websites that use google tracking and analytics seem to work a lot slower on firefox than on chrome? I know most sites have some form on google tracking on them but some in particular work a lot slower on firefox than on chrome. In particular udemy.com, as well as my.onexamination.com I feel this is an issue due to firefox privacy containers, as the tracking on these websites is trying to get information which firefox is denying it, causing a delay in resolution. I prefer firefox but I am starting to use chrome for such websites. Any way I can speed up things on firefox and avoid chrome altogether?

On Ubuntu, FFDE can be configured to
1. Auto-update - but it just displays a message saying that it cannot update
2. Download updates and request permission to install them - all it does is display a message saying a new update is available
I think this all stems from the fact that FFDE at present has to be manually installed on Ubuntu. Why this is so, I cannot fathom - maybe someone here has an answer to why open sourced op system users are inconvenienced by Firefox.
It's feasible to script an update procedure to Ubuntu for FFDE. But this will not stop the annoying (every 2 hours) pop-ups about new updates being available - even when there is no new update there . . .
Maybe FFDE could simply stop automatic update reminders altogether. Users can decide (or script) for themselves if they want to update.

It appears that Firefox 87.0b3 version has removed the Library - Pocket List menu item. Yet, through the about:config options, has retained the ability to activate the 'Save to Pocket' address bar icon.
This makes no sense as there is now no option to have a 'Pocket List' item selection. At least I couldn't find an option for this. That is without adding another extension.
Having the 'Save' option without the 'List' option is counter intuitive.
The Library-->Pocket List Menu item should be restored.
Thanks.

What keys do I have to press to use this keyboard shortcut?

Why can a stupid failing script on a web-page, or even intentionally so programmed script disable the copy (and sometimes paste) functionality?
How can this be disabled/fixed?
One highlights a text (any text) on some web sites, Edit menu allows Copy, context menu allows Copy, one hits Copy, nothing happens. It's not even a page where someone wanted to "copy protect" some information.
Copy and Paste should work just as advertised since those were invented, how hard can it be to get that right? Even stupid Notepad never fails at it. And no, I don't care what the idiot who programmed a page though would be/should be best for me, I want Copy to be copy, Paste to be paste. This used to work in "original" Firefoxes even when page developers wanted to make it not work.
And yes, while on a given page Copy fails miserably, at the same time in other pages it works.

Hello, I've been having this problem when I tap extensions on the toolbar, their small pop-up windows appear in the top-right but when I tap on the buttons in that window, the pop-up disappears instead of accepting my touch input to one of its buttons, it used to accept touch input fine, but no longer does
I've tried refreshing Firefox, and then removing prefs.js in case I messed with any of the about:config settings but it was to no avail, and I've even tried upgrading to Firefox Beta but same problem persists in beta, disabling all the extensions except one still doesn't allow add-ons to accept my touch input.
To be clear, the touch input works on Firefox's inherent buttons in the toolbar, like Bookmarks, History, Downloads, even the Pocket widget and three dots beside it, but any external extensions I install from addons.mozilla site no longer accept the input, and my touch input works fine in Chrome browser, but I like to use both browsers.

Hello there, two days ago the Google Calendar Widget inside the Gmail page stopped working in my Firefox Dev (version 88.0b2). I ignored that because I could continue to send and receive mails and I was thinkin it was a google server problem. Today I cleared cache and cookies to make a clean start, just to try if that could restore the Calendar Widget. Of course I did know that would have logged me out. Now it's impossible to log in in any Google Service because the login pagin is stuck right after I enter my email address! The console output shows warnings and a CORS error, as you can see in the screenshot. My browser is localized in italian, but the errors should be comprehensible anyway.
I can log in without problems with Chrome, but not with Firefox.
What's happening? My Firefox Dev version is bugged?

Hi, I'd like to batch delete ~100 old logins from Firefox.
Previous forum posts suggested using these URLs to access password management: chrome://passwordmgr/content/passwordManager.xul and chrome://passwordmgr/content/passwordManager.xhtml but neither work on FF88.0b2 64bit on macOS 10.14.6
Thanks

Hi, For some time now I have been wishing there were these two features in Firefox: - an on/off toggle switch for all extensions (to be disabled all at once). - a way to manage which extension can run on which websites or if only on specific websites. Is there a way to do this that I missed or could this be developed as such? Best regards

I use Firefox on 3 devices: - a PC at home (Win 10, FF standard instalation), - an Android phone (Xiaomi Mi 9T) - a PC at work (Win7) with the Firefox portable version.
I have the latest, stable, up-to-date versions of Firefox on all my devices.
The problem is when I save a bookmark on one of the computers at work or at home, and then the devices synchronize. Bookmarks between computers do not remember their position in the bookmark folders and are saved in the main folder.
I have already performed all the steps based on the instructions in this article, but the problem persists. ([https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/que.../1270667])

running FF DevEd 87.0b8. since this last update, i see that the console now expands not only the output, but also the line editor at the bottom. it no longer stays at the bottom as one line, it now scales in proportion to the rest of the console and often obscures important information. it cannot be dragged back to one line height either. the only solution is to pop it to the left and then back down; but even then, it will keep scaling again when you change the size of the DevTools window. how can this be fixed?
sidenote: how can the multi-line editor be moved to the right side? this would at least be a decent workaround until this bug can be fixed.

About using these firefox support pages and this search feature specifically.
the more words I add the more results are returned
there seems to be no intellegence in selecting the appropriate answer, it all appears keyword driven.
This is not beneficial in reaching the correct answer. At times I will go to 'Ask your question' because of this and I can guess many of us do. No one wants to read un-related articles!
I would expect to see the results lessen by adding more keywords to a refinement which I can then see in real time.
