I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your excellent service and the recent update introducing the integrated VPN feature.

I am writing on behalf of myself and many users residing in Iran. As you are likely aware, our internet environment is severely restricted, with all major social media platforms and communication services being heavily filtered. Accessing the open internet is virtually impossible without a reliable VPN.

In light of these conditions, I kindly request that you consider increasing the current 50 GB monthly limit, if feasible. Even a temporary increase for users in Iran would be immensely appreciated and would significantly assist us in staying connected.

Hello! Newly downloaded Firefox and was prompted about the free built-in VPN through the toolbar button. After multiple attempts, I am stuck in a loop. I hit the button to "Get Started," sign in to my account, and then the process starts again.

I have tried all the troubleshooting that I have found and I am at a loss. Has it just not rolled out to me yet?

When i click on the blue get started button on the Try Firefoxes built on vpn pop up, i get the screen where i need to put in my email. After that it says signed in succesfully, but i just get the Try firefoxes built in vpn pop up again. I'm stuck in a loop :(

The first time after setup I selected UK as location so that I could visit BBC.co.uk rather than the Americanised version of the site (.com). The second time I signed on, the UK option and most others had disappeared. Now no option works for me. Each option redirects me to BBC.COM. How can I get back the other options?

Здравствуйте! Перестал работать встроенный VPN в баузере. До этого все исправно работало. При попытке включить, просит войти в аккаунт. После входа в аккаунт открывается новая вкладка, пишет, что удалось войти, однако сам VPN не включается
