Running Firefox 110.0.1 (64-bit) on Windows 11 Pro.

Spell check does not work. No red underlining of spelling mistakes. It is enabled and about:config confirms it. This happened to me a couple of times under Windows 10 and much older versions of Firefox. This is a recurring theme without a one-stop resolution.

I am trying to access the website of the Dutch tax office, but am blocked (see attached picture) Only 10 days ago, this was not a problem and I could freely access the website.

I've also tried with other browsers (MS Edge) and a MacBook laptop (Firefox), and I do not get that problem, only with my Windows desktop/Firefox combination.

With Fox News I keep getting popup request to allow ads, when I click yes, then it asks to refresh page. This occurs every time I go to the website. It continues even if I log into another area of Fox News.

I am using an extension for a custom home page which I download from the addons page, but I dont want it to show the site information in the bar,

How to disable that stupid thing which I have marked for the custom home page

Hi Guys thank you for your time and effort that you voluntary offer to support Mozilla Firefox. I have been a lifelong user of Firefox. I have during this process lost 4 x laptops (over a span of 20 years) - reformatted the current one twice. My mistake - I neglected to backup Firefox.

I cannot and do remember what my primary Firefox account was. Their are bookmarks and saved passwords on it that I desperately need. Can you please help what what to do?

I have subscribed to new a [edited] @gmail.com primary account to to use Firefox again. I help with serial numbers, brand of the laptops that I have used in the past.

is there a way to remove search tab from tool bar and just have it in 3 line menu and also put stupid puzzle icon back in 3 line menu where it should be and not on my tool bar , i dont want to see either one of those annoying useless crap , there is already too much garbage up there we have the 3 line menu icon for a reason to keep all the rest of that crap off my tool bar it does not need to be there !

Hi, Have been having issues with the google cdm widewine drm plugin for a wee while now but eventually found the solution to my specific case. The problem was firefox never managed to install the plugin, it just kept saying it was installing it but never did.

It tuns out that my opnsense router uses an IDS / IPS watchdog plugin called ZenArmor. Tuns out it was blocking the download url for the plugin from the following address

https://r3---sn-c5ioiv45c-5goe.gvt1.com

If I added the gvt1.com domain to it s exceptions list, firefox immediately downloaded and installed the plugin flawlessly.

When starting to type an email address in a login box on, e.g., amazon, Firefox produces a drop-down list of suggested completions using common email domains such as gmail.com and yahoo.com. I never use any of these and want to either suppress the suggestions entirely or customise the list to display domains which I actually use.

I don't know whether the issue is related to cookies or not but one thing i am about is this browser is trash. Just some Microsoft engineers might find it better for development, i don't. My live server is immediately reflecting changes to my port 500 yet the browser is not. i have to manually refresh the page in order to see the changes, i have tried using about:config and network.http.use-cache and set the value to false, cleared all cookies and data several times to ensure the browser is not caching the old version of the page, but nothing works. i am done with this frustration. I am going to uninstall this legendary developer friendly piece of shit if you can't help me out here cause i can't bear to keep my fingers on ctrl+R every single moment in my life would rather press the uninstall button. the only reason i am keeping this browser is because some legendary developers suggest it . I have set the cookies and trackers block mode to standard. Now i don't know what is the issue, i might have wasted my data on downloading this browser but i won't hesitate to remove it from my computer. Hope you can understand frustration of a beginner developer, done with code already, now the browsers are screwing me as well.

Hi, I have a problem with Firefox, I have two google accounts, one is my own, and the other I no longer want, as I have left the workspace. I am unable to contact the owners of the workspace, and I no longer have the password so that I can no longer log in, I simply want to remove the other account as it always pops up, and I have to go through a lengthy process to get to my account. Thanks heaps.
