Have cleared browser cashe and rebooted, all to no effect,so how can I complete an upload of requested information if I can't get through and keep getting the 403 error message?

I get an error message when trying to load Newsmax.com - It comes up with no problem in Safari - maybe I should use Safari as my default browser.

I keep getting pr_connection_reset_error messages in Firefox version 148.0 64 bit. I have purchased the windows 10 OS with extended updates and am running version 22H2 os build 19045.6937 do you have any suggestions on fixing this problem? When I am in my gmail account and using Firefox and I need to do a password reset that is when I receive the above error message.

I keep getting these error messages on some websites I frequently visited in the past. I didn't change anything in Firefox. I can go to Costco's home page but in searching or clicking on an item I get this message "Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.costco.com/laptops.html" on this server. There is a site I visit regularly that will not connect. I get an error 429 code. This doesn't happen with any other site I've used recently, and I can access the site with my iPad. I've tried clearing cookies and restarting the computer, but still can't get to this site. Any ideas?
