I downloaded an update for Firefox email on my PC and ever since when I try to access my email, I just get a blank page. I still get my email on my cell phone and kindle.

Je n'ai pas ce problème si j'utilise "Chrome" ! Merci de m'expliquer pourquoi cette fonction ne "marche" plus. Quand j'utilise "Firefox", j'aimerais bien que cela se fasse totalement en Français !!! Hello there, I usually use Firefox as my browser to access my Gmail account. For some reason, I am not able to open up gmail. I put in gmail and it shows in the search bar the following informaiton--mail.google.com/mail/u/0/#inbox . NOthing else happens, no gmail account opens up. Please help.

I had to reset my computer and have encountered a problem getting a link to load. In my Facebook, I have a game I play (Doubledown casino) and when I click a link for that game to add chips, it will not process. All I get is a spinning circle. What do I have to do to get the link(s) to process? Thank you.

I’m running into a performance issue specifically on Firefox that I can't replicate in Chromium browsers.

On my site https://snippingtoolshortcuts.com/, the layout and text load fine, but the scrolling performance feels "heavy" or jittery on Firefox (Version 133+). When I test the same page in Chrome or Edge, the smooth-scrolling and hover effects on the shortcut tables are perfectly fluid.

I’ve tried:

Testing in Troubleshoot Mode (Add-ons disabled).

Disabling hardware acceleration.

Checking the "Network" tab for slow-loading scripts (everything seems green).

Are there known issues with Firefox's handling of large CSS tables or specific grid layouts that might cause this? I'd appreciate if someone could check the URL on their end to see if it’s a global rendering issue or just something with my local profile.

I am unable to navigate around some websites beyond the page on which I have landed. The site briefly (split second) looks OK and then gets slightly greyed and no other links on the site are accessible. Examples of sites: https://www.signia.net/en-gb/ https://www.flickr.com/

Anyone got any ideas?

Subject: "Refresh" How can I turn off the 'refresh function' when I am signed onto a session? I understand 'refresh' should work when I log off and later log back on. BUT, I find it VERY ANNOYING when 'refresh' (going back up to the 'very latest whatever') happens when I have merely stopped for a minute or so to completely read an article, or watch a short video. When that happens I cannot get 'back' to where I was because of all the 'new' stuff, even after 10 or more minutes of scrolling down as fast as I can.

 When the 'refresh' happens and I am no longer able to 'find my place', I log out and turn the computer off for several hours up to several days (which is probably better for me anyway).  Your sandbox, your rules, but there are other sandboxes I can play in, and will.

for the last couple hours i have been having trouble with firefox not loading/running web pages properly, when i open youtube for example it displays completely wrong and on other sites it simple wont load any new data after the initial homepage screens.

I have noticed in the last two week severe problems with Gmail freezing while I am using Mozilla Firefox as my browser. Here is the message I got today:

Every couple of days I am unable to access my email accounts, facebook and most web pages.

The only way I can access them is to refresh Firefox after which all work OK.

Really like firefox but am getting fed up of having to refresh it constantly any advise you could give would be very much appreciated.

Mozilla Support reports wrong version of windows? I have a screen shot. The web site reports win 10 when I have Win 11 Pro. The version check on this support page reports the correct information. So Mozilla website itself is out of date?
