I am trying to get on an website but it will not let me it keeps saying to verify url or contact support i have updated both laptop and desk top and for some reason this one particular website will not let me have access is this an issue you that you can help me with.

thank you for your time & expertise:) Can you please help me understand what would happen if firefox stops supporting windows 7 users. Will i still be able to use the browser - just with less security? I will probably have to give up using a computer if I cant continue with Windows 7 so I'd even be prepared to pay an annual fee to keep the support going. When trying to print something using Firefox it automatically wants to print 2 copies, despite refreshing, rebooting, reinstalling and checking browser settings. This issue does not occur with other web browsers such as Microsoft Edge.

I don't know if this is the proper topic, but I'm not sure what to call it. For the longest time I've had an issue with the settings being reset every time I open the browser - all my add-ons are off, all my configurations return to the original state, every single time. I have to manually turn them on all over again every time. Does anybody else has the same issue? Can it be solved somehow? Do I need to redownload Firefox or something?

At the beginning of 2025, I created a private theme and installed it locally (Windows 10), consisting of a manifest.json and a GIF file. It worked perfectly. Now, on Windows 11, I'm trying to use the theme again, but when I upload the file (.zip or .xpi — via about:addons -> Install Add-on From File), I always get the message that the file is corrupted. However, if I test it temporarily under about:debugging, it works immediately without any issues.

I would really appreciate a solution! <3

Notice the stuttering or lag compared to the smooth rendering in Chrome.

i need to access my aol and yahoo email like i was always able to do using firefox. now it states security risk and "nothing " you can do? please advise . i need access to my desktop to easliy see my emails and don't like using my phone

Dear Firefox, My mouse is not doing the usual function. The right click is giving me different options like translate the word I highlighted or search the meaning. I just need the right click to copy. How did it even changed without my knowledge. Thank you, Alice

when I try to log into my gmail account, it is asking me to verify by log in first to an inactive account that was linked to my gmail account. with Chrome I have no problem log in to my gmail account

Version 146.01 has me discombobulated. no shortcuts to add on anymore. can I have the previous version with my shortcuts?

I have over 100 open tabs spread over 4 Mac desktops. I can no longer access ANY of them after upgrading to macOS Tahoe 26 and installing ESET Cyber Security Pro. I've used ESET with Firefox for many years without ANY problems. But now I have to choose between uninstalling ESET and being unprotected in order to use Firefox AT ALL. Every single webpage is blacked out with the message below. ESET support says that Firefox needs to issue an update to fix this problem.

Hello, I recently used the option to sign out while also checking the box to delete data from the device. I was under the impression that once I had the new computer I could just sign into my account and my synced data would be there. This is not the case, because I can't even get my bookmarks and what not back on the device that I originally signed out of. I'm pretty sure I am on the right account so why is everything gone even though it said that synced data will not be deleted? Am I cooked? Losing all my keys and bookmarks is going to suck so if anyone could help me, that would be much appreciated.

3 of the sponsors I've encountered (amazon, Google, temu) (I'll be honest, I don't pay attention often so there's probably others) are incredibly well-known for having terrible practices. Amazon exploits its workers, pollutes a bunch, and even works with israel. google sells user data, and also pollutes a bunch and works with israel, and temu potentially uses slave labour, as well as polluting a bunch.

I understand Mozilla needs money to operate but I'm sure there are tonnes of ethical businesses it could promote
