I use Firefox and Chrome to access Jigsaw Planet. Firefox will not let me move a puzzle from one album to another. Screen turns gray. It will also not let me change to full-screen. Screen turns black. I have no problem doing either in Chrome. Dell Desktop PC - Windows 11

Pbold textage does not scroll. It doesn't even show the scroll bar

I work out of LinkedIn. Just recently, I have trouble opening About sections on LinkedIn. I have both firefox and safari on my macbook pro laptop. I can have both applications open on my computer in different windows and use this constantly when working. I mainly use firefox if I only use one of the applications. Not being able to access these same sections is making it difficult. LinkedIn says I need to clear out my cache and whatever. I am not sure how to do this and there may be other things that need to be done. Can you help?

On a certain bank site when making payments you go through the process setting them up and then when you go to confirm payment the banks screen goes grey. I use the same format for other banks. help please.
