I can access all my desktop bookmarks on my android phone, but when I bookmark on my phone is doesn't sync to the PC.

- I have sync turned on both - Bookmarks toggled on both - I am signed in - I have clicked "sync now" on both devices multiple times - I have un-bookmarked and re-bookmarked pages multiple times - I open up "search bookmarks" on PC and type the mobile website name and nothing comes up - I try and edit the location of the mobile bookmark into "other" or "toolbar" etc and that doesn't make it appear

I have been using the Walgreens web site to manage my many prescriptions without problems. Now, most of the Walgreens web site still works but the two menu options that need to display my personal prescription details fail with the display "Sorry, an unexpected error occurred. Please try again later." I initially thought that a Walgreens update might be in progress so just waited. Walgreens support gave me the same answer that there was probably web site maintenance in progress. After 4 days of the same problem and answer, I ported enough information to login in to Walgreens with the Microsoft Edge browser and access to my prescription information worked without a problem. I believe this problem with Firefox started around the time I updated to 117.0.1 but I might not have this perfectly correct. I was just notified to update to 118.0 and did so. Firefox access still fails and Edge access still works. Thanks for any help you can provide. Windows 10

I have a General Motors account that I can't login to. https://www.gmccanada.ca/en/ownercenter/service They recently changed to multi authentication using Microsoft. I can login to the first step but after I enter the sent password in the second step nothing happens. I have tried basic some trouble shooting like Firefox trouble mode, clearing cache and adding web site to exceptions in settings. GM Help Line told me to use a different browser!!!

I cannot access my bank on my computer. I have access to everything else. When I input my credentials all it does is continuously load. What seems to be the issue? I can access my banking through a different browser but not Firefox.

when i open a new tab,add on managers tab also opens. open another tab same thing, so if i have 4 tabs open also have 4 add on managers open it dose not do it in troublshoot mode

Hi firefox support. So I have not been able to access a website called "roblox" For ages. When I google the name and click it this comes up the refresh button goes crazy and tries keeps reloading. Please help.

I can not access for days my bank account at truist.com. It shows it is loading but never does. I CAN access from any other browser want to use! Truist says it is a Firefox browser issue.

Lately, Bookmarks has been deselecting itself in Sync on all three of my computers. This has happened twice in the past few days. No problem with other Sync items.

When i open a picture from a page, and want to save it on my computer, I right click on the picture to save it. At that very same second, Firefox freeze and I need to open the activity manager to close it.

What also confuse me there, when I find Firefox, there is a number behind the name, like: Firefox(7) Does it mean that 7 Firefox is opened in the background?

What is the problem?

To save a picture now, I need to use Edge.

Hello, After the last update (September 2023), I've been having issues with in-game ads being blocked, even with exceptions added and Advanced Tracking options turned off.

I got them to work for a couple of days, but now they're being blocked again. I've cleared cache & cookies, restarted Firefox, reset permissions, all have not helped.

Please advise!

Now, A reply from "Paul" said this is a google issue and it is not. I have 3 gmails and I can't open one of my email accounts using Firefox but I can open it through Microsoft Edge. I have emailed Google about this so far I have been ignored so, when I discovered that it would open through Edge and Chrom this told me it's an issue with Firefox not google and the problem started with the last firefox update. So, I already know it's not an issue with google and I have no problem with my other email accounts just the one.

I have started doing research on Vietnam Veterans using the online Coffelt database (coffeltdatabase.org). The search results pages often provide links to supporting documents, but I am not able to open them in the Firefox browser. However, I am able to open them when using the Edge browser. I prefer Firefox and would like to know if there is a setting adjustment I could make to fix the issue. Thanks.

In Firefox, the mouse becomes partially unresponsive to elements in the browser and on web pages. This happens after 15-30 minutes after starting up the browser. Common symptoms include:

- Unable to drag and drop elements properly, including text after highlighting it. - Sometimes, the mouse continues to hold elements while dragging. Pressing ESC temporarily fixes this. - Dropdown menus on websites do not drop down when hoovering over them - Other items on websites don't display items when hoovering over them

I have tried:

- Different mouses, including my laptop's trackpad - A Firefox fork, namely Waterfox, but it still occurs - Limited testing with other browsers. No problem occurs - Limited testing on desktop. No problem occurs - Entering Troubleshooting Mode on Firefox - Clearing cookies and cache - Reinstall Firefox (including installing from command line instead of the snap store) - Updated Firefox - Refreshed Firefox - About:Processes doesn't show anything using more than 10-15% of CPU at any one time - Limited testing with a new Firefox profile. No problem occurs - Disabled WebGL and Hardware Acceleration.

Temporary fix: Restarting Firefox, but the problem re-occurs shortly after use.

Using Ubuntu.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

With a recent update of Firefox Developer Edition to version 117.0b9 i keep getting extremely annoying popups on all sites, asking me if I want to translate stuff.

I don't want to store unnecessary settings in my browser, related to exceptions to websites/languages that I want vs. does not want to translate.

I want to completely disable translations, globally. Forever. Two questions:

- Why there is no "disable translations globally" checkbox in the newly added popup? - Is there an about:config hack to do disable translations globally, for all languages, for all websites, and forever?

recently got new hard disk installed , and using moyilla as browser ...previously i could shut down and get back to tabs and sites i was using on restart .... now i dont have that view and just get a long list on recently used tabs in toolbar,mozilla icon. How can i get those closed webpages, sites, back on screen all at once ? the history optionin side menu doesnt show any way to do this either...( i think it used to ) thanks calgar.
