I suspect that my bank tried to show a verification pop-up while I was on a third-party site, and because pop-ups were disabled the third party rejected my request. My question is:

How much of my bank's website address do I need to put in the "Allowed Web Sites - Pop-ups" edit box, seeing as I wasn't on that website at the time. Would "https://name-of-bank.com" be sufficient? Or, are wildcards allowed in the URL?

The minimum size of the Library panel has been getting larger and larger. It can no longer be resized so that it can be fully visible on the desktop when other windows are open to 1:1 size. The issue first started nine months ago. It was troublesome then, forcing me to use extra hand motions and mouse clicks just to get a fraction of a seconds worth of information.

In other words, Firefox has made it more difficult to retrieve important information that used to be available at a glance. I have determined that Firefox has rewritten their programming to intentionally do this to us. WHY?

Please make the Library Panel box fully resizable again. It is becoming a make or break issue for me. Stop tinkering around. You had perfection, now it is ruined. I do not want the window buried, partially obscured, or on top of any other window. It should have equal rights with other fully resizable elements.

With the latest upgrade to Firefox 107.0 there is no option any more to import or manage certificates. Going to Settings/Privacy & Security/Certificates and selecting View Certificates results in a window showing installed certificates with only OK button at the bottom of the window. No option to import, delete, save or anything else. OS: OpenSuse Linux 64bit

Firefox not loading and missing VCRUNTIME140_1.dll preventing re-installation. Full message is: 'The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.' Tried to install an old version of Firefox (28.0) but this is not upgradeable.

make the dark mode come up in dark mode.

Even this page of yours is light not dark. I is not dark, but the mode is set to dark and the add on is set to dark.

if you cannot solve this then take away the dark mode that you pretend to have.

perhaps i should remove the dark mode add on, and use just the firefox built in one only. currenly both firefox and the firefox addon are set to dark and it keeps changing google.com to white when google settings are set to dark, then firefox turns off google dark mode and makes it white.

the version data you state below is correct. 107.0.1 win 10

it is now time to give up on firefox and use edge since their programmers are trained and professionals. your programmers can be anyone, which in fact make it the least secure browser. after 107 versions you still don't get it right. you don't really have a dark mode you should actually test your software.

google is my homepage and its setting is set to dark mode, but when firefox which is also set to dark mode always google comes up immediately in white mode and the google setting has been changed by firefox to google's white mode. stop changing google's mode, you do not have the right to do this. if I open a second tab it may up dark, it is not consistent.

Firefox doesn't support Netflix

Netflix worked perfectly fine on Firefox earlier in the day for me but, now, error code F7121-3078 has prevented me from accessing Netflix. I use Firefox daily so I don't want to use another browser. Help?

I am using Mozilla Firefox 64-bit with version 107.0 on Windows 10 21H2. I connect very often to HTTPS websites without a valid certificate. Often with certificates issued by themselves. Before it was always enough to say "I trust this website" once. Now the question comes again and again, whenever I connect. What could be the cause of this?

I have 3 PCs with Firefox. The bookmarks and bookmarks toolbars were all synced but one machine required re-installation, and now I have a fresh Firefox and have forgotten how to import the bookmarks and bookmarks toolbars. I don't seem to have any password for Firefox sync and I can't find where and how to import the bookmarks. Can anyone help?

I have reinstalled Windows 10 in a new computer, installed a fresh copy of Firefox, and successfully imported my bookmarks from the original computer. But I cannot discover how to export and import my bookmarks toolbar. Another user has attempted to answer the question, but the description is very ambiguous and I can't understand it: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1266729. I would have expected that there would be an "Import or Export Bookmarks Toolbar" facility somewhere, maybe under Menu | Bookmarks | Bookmarks Toolbar - but no luck. Could an explanation be provided?

No Video with Supported format and MIME type found is not allowing me to play videos on website.

Why isn't the Restore Previous Session choice available on the Open Application Menu? Even if I click the checkbox under Tools/Settings/General/Startup: Open Previous Windows and Tabs (version 107/windows 11), I am presented with a tabula rasa screen on reopening my Firefox session. Your help/support says to go to the Open Application Menu/History and choose Restore Previous Session (located between Recently Closed Windows and Clear Recent History). However the Restore Previous Session is not listed. Not sure why Firefox can't get this right since you have had it right for the almost 20 years I have chosen it as my default browser.

I'm running ArchLinux with Xfce 4.16.

One of the lastest firefox updates has broken it on my system. It keeps crashing at random times, most of the time when I do some action, maybe press a button on a website, maybe open a new window, maybe select some text on a website... It doesn't occur always, most of the time things work fine, but, at some point, I perform an action that has worked fine the last few times, and it hangs the browser.

The easiest way I found to replicate it is by opening and closing the Downloads window. Around 15% of the times I open it, the browser stops responding completely.

I'm not sure which firefox version introduced the bug because I don't update the system so often. My last pacman updates where January-2022 and November-2022. The version from January-2022 worked fine but since the November-2022 update I've been experiencing this problem.

I've created a new profile, disabled hardware acceleration but the problem persist. I'm also not using any kind of proxy, its a clean profile.

Running it from the console only shows one message at startup, but nothing when the browser hangs.

This is the message shown at startup:

But the browser can be working for half an hour after it with no problems.

Since changing to a new monitor and running at 1440p, the menus and url bar are in tiny mouse print. The searching I've done so far seems to point to an update removing user control to change the font size on those items. I've adjusted settings and the pages are fine, but the two things I mentioned are almost unreadable. How can I increase the font size there?

What's the deal with Firefox not allowing people to be able to use Chrome extensions like some other browsers do? I have a password manager that has a Chrome extension, but Firefox does NOT have an extension for it.

I am unable to export password and logins to anywhere when I click the 3 dots its gives me the option and pop up warning but after that it goes away and does not give me the download screen to send them anywhere, running 107.0.1
