When viewing pdf files created from MS Word (.docx) documents and sent to me I see white lines across some images but not all. This happens with Firefox on Windows 11 and linux mint (various versions). It is present on the images from the file as received and after uploading to a website. The images are OK if viewed using Opera or other browsers but the same problem is present on Thunderbird. I use eBird extensively. When I try to play the audio (with sonograms), I get a message that says "We are still processing this file. Try again later". These files perform well on my Android phone, so I know it it is not eBird's glitch. I am confused about the setting options on Firefox that I need to set. These files are usually .wav format. I have tried to open a ticket with eBird, but have not had a response. Can you guide me? Thanks.

Has Firefox instituted a security setting that is interfering with commerce-related sites? Suddenly I can't log in to my credit union (gets stuck on "authentication" step), amazon.com (endless "transferring data" message during login attempt), and mutual fund sites (similar to amazon.com experience). These all are related to money/commerce. I've turned off Firefox's popup blocking and even explicitly allowed cookies for the sites. I did a Refresh to get rid of extensions that might be causing problems (even though there wasn't a problem a week ago on these sites). I've tried Firefox on a second computer for the credit union site and got the same behavior. Chrome has no problem with these logins, by the way.

I have used gmail including calendar and contacts with Firefox for 5 years, suddenly contacts and calendar will not open, has a Firefox upgrade caused this problem?

Hello, I noticed google rolled out new icons for its workspace. However I use these workspace apps frequently and leave them on my bookmarks bar. For some reason however the docs, slides, and sheets logos respectively have defaulted their icons back to the original google drive icon. making it impossible to tell which is which from a glance. Sorry to bother y'all!

I wanna get rid of Google as my search engine. I have tried everything I can think of, but I can’t seem to get rid of the Google search bar coming up even though it’s on Firefox.

I 'am having a terrible time trying to get Google search engine or search bar off of my Firefox .

And I can’t seem to get some of the things that have been suggested to use for example. I’m having trouble finding I can’t find things called “search shortcuts” and I just having trouble finding the three buttons, under the Firefox app opening screen. What should I do?

When I long press shortcut and choose remove, it does not remove. Some will others won’t. I don’t think it is a sponser shortcut because I think I originally put it there.

The last 2 days Firefox has not been saving my open webpages

I checked my settings and it says I am set to reopen settings, but it is not doing it.

I do genealogy every day so I need my tabs to open...it lost the tabs I was going to work on the following day that I wanted to work on.

Also when I turned computer it wanted to make Firefox a default and it already is...It used to allow me to reload recent activity pages, but it did not after my Firefox crashed...it only listed about 10 pages,

I thought it may have crashed because I turned it off with 250 pages open, but it was very late and it would have taken me hours to look at all the open files

It took me a few hours to get some of the pages back, but I lost track of a lot of files I wanted to work on, but I lost track of many :-(

I am not a "techie" so I hope Mozilla support can get me back to being able to have Firefox save tabs again for me...I promise not to leave 250 files open again...that is the only thing I can think of that caused everything to crash

For the last maybe 2 weeks of so I have been able to play videos on any website,it is only Firefox that is having the errors. I use Windows 10, and the only extension I have is password managment

I have tried: 1) troubleshoot mode: no changes 2) clearing cache: no change 3) making a new Mozilla profile: no change 4) lowering/turning off security protections 5) refreshing from uninstall 6) uninstalling and reinstalling 7) Allowed autoplay of media 8) toggled off drm

The primary sites that I use are; HBO - error 1K-003 Twitch- error#4000 Patreon- doesn't error out, but just goes black on player Dropout.tv- player error YoutubeLive- Browser error

I am moving away from Windows -- at least temporarily. I have purchased a Linux desktop CPU and would like to bring my Firefox bookmarks and settings. Is that possible? And secondly, I did have FIREFOX set up on this Linux, but something changed today -- it turned to all black and white, no color whatsoever. How can I get back to the page I set up?
