This morning I went to check my email on gmail, and google asked me to sign in again. Easy, I thought. I entered my account, and then google asked for my passkey. Until this morning this meant that on my mac it would ask me to place my finger on the right key on the keyboard. This morning it just froze firefox indefinitely. I then tried on Safari, and it worked as expected. I checked the version of firefox: it's 136.0.1. Obviously something changed (i.e. broke!) with the new version. Has anybody else experienced this? Any suggested fixes?

The other day, several of my extensions were automatically uninstalled from a bunch of my devices. After going through and reinstalling most of them, the reinstalled extensions don't seem to be propagating to other devices via sync. Newly installed extensions that I didn't have installed before seem to propagate fine. Is there some way I can fix the extension data on my account so that they start syncing properly again?

I'm using my MX master 3's sidescroll to control the volume. I recently switched to firefox, but I noticed that the volume function doesn't work when mozilla is the active app. I do not have mozilla specific settings and it works with other browsers. Any solutions?

Works fine in Chrome. Right clicking and short cut ( CTR V) does not work. They both used to i have checked extensions, add On, refreshed and restarted the problem persists tried changing the setting ( config dom ..testing) nothing seems to work except Shift-Control V any ideas?

I recently refreshed Firefox. When I re-opened the program, I was logged out. I successfully logged back in, but despite saying I'm "synced", none of my settings (themes, passwords, bookmarks, etc.) are showing up, even after waiting 30 minutes. Typically sync has taken a few seconds for me. FYI, this is on my work computer and I don't have administrator access, so I would prefer a solution (if possible) that does not require an uninstallation or installation (which I cannot do without contacting an administrator). I am unable to request support from Malwarebytes using Firefox in my Windows 10 computer, and so I have to switch to the Chrome browser instead. When I log into my Malwarebytes account and go to their web page at https://my.malwarebytes.com/overview and then click on "Contact Support", nothing happens. This problem does not happen in the Google Chrome browser. I tried clearing the cookies and cache, and that did not help. I have attached a screenshot of the Malwarebytes web page. What can I do to correct this problem? I will appreciate any response you can provide.

So I have Firefox suggestions via my browser history enabled but when I go to input something, only my bookmarks show, I tried to toggle it off/on bit didn’t work, anyone else having this issue?

When I open a PDF in Firefox, a box covers the right half the page demonstrating the highlighter tool. It never leaves. It blocks half the page and prevents me from reading and/or printing. Please help. It's making my work impossible.

Whenever I load the Bank of America home page, a strange 0 byte alphanumeric file shows in the download drop down menu. It happens for each action...loading page, signing in, page navigation, etc.

Any help in understanding what this is and how to fix it will be much appreciated!

If I highlight text on any page in Firefox 136.0, and then ask Gemini to "Explain this", Gemini opens in the Sidebar (I have selected the RHS of the screen for the sidebar), but my selected text is not entered into Gemini, and nothing happens. If I try this again while the sidebar is open, I get the message "Something went wrong, try reloading this page" Reloading the page doesn't help.

Hello,after the most recent update I've noticed a change in the behavior of Firefox. If I have,say 2 livestreams or videos opened (in separate windows) and full screened,if I hover over the Firefox icon in the taskbar,I no longer get a live preview of what is happening in said windows. It shows a live preview of only one,and if I want to see what's going on in the other,I have no switch over to that window,which causes the first one to appear paused. Prior to the last update,that wasn't the case. Was this intentional or is there a new setting in Firefox that I've missed?
