The instructions for changing country in built in VPN do not work as after clicking on icon it states open VPN and nothing happens to open it. I am trying to set France as my country.

I am signed in to Mozilla account but the VPN plug in never gives me the option to turn it ON. I see the VPN plug in in the tool bar, every time I click on it, it tells me to sign in to my account even though I am already signed in. It never presents the option to turn "on" like I see in the FAQ. The "Turn on VPN" option never appears.
