I have no problems typing in a textbox on most websites, but for some time now, when I type comments on YouTube, the box alternates between working and freezing about every 7 seconds. It will work fine for 7 seconds. Then freeze for 7 seconds, then back to working again.

Any idea what the problem is?

I have came to ask if anyone else has had problems with downloading a mod off of nexusmods.com and if there is a solution I have been having to switch to google chrome which I'd rather not because its so resource intensive on the computer

If letterboxing (anti-fingerprinting) is used or when a webpage is smaller than the window (such as in about:config), Firefox fills in the rest of the window using a dark gray. I want to make it completely black.

Firefox is not letting me access my Windows or Microsoft account. (using WIndows 11) The login popup is asking for School or Work email, which is not applicable to me. I input my usual login information and Microsoft pop-up says account does not exist. When I login to Windows, using a different desktop (Windows 10), I do not have login in issues.

What is the browser setting that needs to be updated.

I am locked out of different accounts currently. (using desktop, windows 11) While logging in, I get a pop up, from Windows Security, INSERT YOU SECURITY KEY INTO THE USB PORT'. Pop up says request comes from Mozilla Corporation. See attached screenshot

How do I turn this security feature off?

As of this morning (new update 136.0.2) Some websites I use (NYT Crossword) do not display any content and some (cnn.com) are missing some content. Also Duck Duck Go search is broken. I have tried deleting all the browser data as well as shutting done firefox and reopening. All of the above still seem to work in Chrome.

Hi....all of a sudden my firefox browser is not working. My home page will load in. But if I try to search for something all I get is a blank white screen. Can anyone help me out. I thought if I uninstalled it and then reinstall that might fix the problem. But I cannot find a way to uninstall it. Would appreciate anyone's help...Regards, Richard

I always shut down my PC (Windows 11) while Firefox is open, and it reopens automatically when I turn it back on. However, the settings and the layout are reset.

I tried closing the browser normally via the Close button, but the issue persists.

I tried killing the process via Task Manager, but the issue persists.

I'm not opted into Firefox Studies.

I use quite a few extensions and also Container Tabs. I tried disabling all extensions, but the issue persists.

I just can't disable Container Tabs to test because I would lose too many tabs. Could Container Tabs be the issue?

Neither of the two addons that bring up my Google calendar work anymore. They each bring up some goofy Google "workplace". It says I can log into my calendar, but when I try, it says it's sending me an authorization request, even though the "don't ask again" button is checked. I never get an request on my phone, just a "ding" announcement. Arrrggghhh...

Odinstalowałam to rozszerzanie, ale nadal mi się pokazuje żółty trójkącik w manu aplikacji i informacja, żebym zaakceptowała dla niego nowe uprawnienia. To nieco irytujące i nie wiem jak mam się pozbyć tych powiadomień. Proszę mi pomóc w tej sprawie. Dziękuję za poświęcenie mi czasu i mam nadzieję, że pomoc okaże się skuteczna.

every time I try to log into a google account I get a 400 error message. I deleted all cache and cookies multiple times scoured the help forums and tried all the fixes and I still get a 400 error. please help.

I'm getting so fed up with parts of ebay not working after automatic Firefox updates. Every few months and usually on a Friday morning (this is when Ebay does it weekly tech maintenance) and after a recent Firefox update, something packs the job in on Ebay!. This time it's the listings, ALL of them!. My watchlist page is working fine, I can scroll down and everything is loading, photo's, text etc but, I go to search for an item and it's all over the place, not loading, filter buttons have a mind of their own, slow or non existent listings and filter side bar etc, etc. When I exit Ebay, Firefox won't reload. I have to wait for it to get itself back together, usually a few minutes later. Yet on other browsers it's running fine. I've done everything! (I've had a lot of experience with this issue) I've disabled enhanced tracking, cleared cache etc, uninstalled Ebay and Firefox and re-installed them. It works fine on ipad, phone and other browsers just not Firefox desktop! WHAT IS THE PROBLEM??? AND WHY SO @@@@@@@ OFTEN!!! I really can't take it any more. for over 15 years I've been fighting with this, I'm tired! PLEASE!!! SOMEONE AT FIREFOX, HELP!!! AT THE VERY LEAST, TALK TO EBAY AND SORT THIS OUT, FOR EVERYONE'S SAKE!

The Firefox 'Downloads, Save Files To.." location appears to be disconnected from reality. If I indicate either of the Documents or Desktop folders as the preferred save location, both of those folders present as being empty when in fact they both have numerous files/directories. Even if I try to save in "+ Other Locations", those locations are limited to the same as presented in the 'Browse' window of Home, Desktop, Documents and Downloads. Only the Downloads folder displays correctly.

Also as a result of this limited save location, I can only retrieve a file from the Downloads folder (the attached file was saved in my Documents folder but I had to move it to Downloads.

Why does the saving behavior behave like this?

Since last month, I'm periodically experiencing problems with AOL's homepage (with its scrolling news articles) not loading properly on my screen, with all links - including the email link - scrunched over to the left hand side of the page and no images appearing at all. I do seem to be able to see all information properly if I switch to MICROSOFT EDGE as the browser, but FIREFOX is - and always has been - my default browser and never had this problem until recently.
