I am attempting to access a website https://my.calbrightcollege.edu/ however when i attempt to sign in i get kicked out with the message below.

I reached out and was advised could be something wrong with the software however I believe I have the latest software as i just downloaded the browser today. I am also able to access the same site on my phone and my IPAD not sure why it wont work here.

This is the message I receive. There is no way a novice could follow these - that's why I am writing.

It happens on all my sights, ie: Facebook, etc.

Tonight Firefox updated itself and when the routine finished the new default-release profile did not contain any of my data including bookmarks.

I tried to launch the profile default in a new browser but this was empty too.

can anyone help me locate my data and restore it in the new profile?

I continually get error messages for webpages. I turn off my VPN, clear my history. Not sure what else I need to do. Last one was the webpage for Lindt Chocolate. Come on. Why am I getting error messages for this? I have been on this page before. There are other places also, like Macys. Getting fed up with Firefox.

It has been two times now where I will open firefox and suddenly all my profiles are gone. I have tried everything to try to get them back like trying to get "old firefox data" back or about:profiles, but there is literally nothing to recover. All of my bookmarks and passwords are fine but I have to log in to everything all over again and reset my home page with all my shortcuts. it is extremely annoying, especially when I use up all the shortcut spaces. It prompts me when I start firefox to create a profile, sign in again, and set firefox as my preferred browser. I have been using firefox for about a year and havent had this problem until a couple of weeks ago. What can i do to avoid having to do this again in the future?

I'm getting the message "It looks like you have a browser extension that might be interfering with Microsoft Advertising tools. Please disable this extension." I don't have any extensions. I can't use their site until this is fixed. I chatted with Microsoft and they directed me to Firefox.

For the last 2-3 day I have been experiencing a box that asks for my signature each time I go to a new website. I can't move the box. I can't screenshot it. Does anyone know how I can get rid of it?

I got a message in my add-ons that an Extension called VNNet was disabled I was not able to get a quick screenshot of it, but I dont recall installing an extension like that

I play a game on Facebook - and i go to it from a link in my email - but today it says your browser does not support WebGL - this happened a month ago but I forget how it got fixed. :-(

it worked yesterday - and I checked for Firefox updates and it is up to date. last time this happened - I did read an article online that suggested to go to put about:support in the address window and under General it said to uncheck standard performance and to click on "use accelerated performance" - that fixed it.

This time when I go to about:support - "Use Hardware acceleration when available" is already checked. How do I fix it this time? and why does this keep happening every so often?

ello. My favorites have disappeared from my Windows 11 PC. It has happened once before and then I was able to get them back by deleting the sqlite file, now it doesn't work and I need your help with ending firefox processes etc.

I do a lot of downloading images in bulk for my neocities website and its really helpful for me to be bale to drag an image from say, tumblr, to my neocities tab and just drop it into the download box. I love Firefox but I couldn't find a way to use this feature, so I downloaded the QuickDrag WE extension, which allows me to drag and drop images from duckduckgo images, but not tumblr.

(for info I'm using Windows 11)

Hi, I opened Firefox to continue with my work, just to get greeted with a 'start a new profile' page. All my profiles, saved data, history, add-ons and customization, were discconected/removed. Even on my phone it logged me out from my account- logging back in doesnt retrieve my history from my previous sessions on my desktop device.

I tried logging in to my account, checking if theres an 'old firefox' folder on my device or anything like that, but it did not retrieve any of my old data.

Just to clarify, I have not played around with my settings, left or deleted anything, so I really dont understand why I've just came back to nothing.

Was wondering why this happened, how do I know this won't happen in the future, and if, when possible, how can i get all my data back?
