in my about:config browser.ipProtection.enabled is messing with my ability to stream music inside and out of FireFox when I go and disable it my music starts working again however after a short time it turns it self back on

in the last few days links from facebook to you tube and even youtube itself is requiring a Google address to see the video. Ai google search says for Firefox you need to adjust and turn off your enhansed security which sounds dangerous. I added youtube to my security exceptions I think but still the black screen requiring email. I so not want to share that. Can you advise on how to get you tube to work again with Firefox. Thank you

I've used extensions etc. to change this but nothing works. It's not even defaulting to the last folder saved in. Instead it stubbornly keeps using an odd folder I never selected for this purpose.

I've not been able to use that site for a long time on Firefox. There's something particular about Firefox. Chrome works fine. Reinstalled a few times, made sure no VPN is active in the browser (I dont use one). And posting results in "Posting from your IP range has been temporarily blocked due to abuse [More Info]. Please verify your e-mail address or try again later. ". Every single time. Rather than stop using Firefox I hoped someone here would know what's going on.

When using shift+tab or ctrl+shift+tab to cycle between tabs in a window, firefox will occasional skip across one or multiple tabs. This will also happen when clicking tabs directly with the mouse. The tab that should be selected shows briefly before the browser automatically switches to one of the adjacent tabs. I do not have the setting "Ctrl+Tab cycles through tabs in recently used order" enabled. This doesn't happen for any specific tabs or windows consistently, and it doesn't specifically happen to unloaded tabs.

Hi. Recently I have been having issues connecting to various websites including ones that I have connected to in the past. The first one that I noticed that I could no longer connect to was The Trek (https://thetrek.co/) which I have for several years had no issue connecting to. Now it is happening with various other websites. I want to continue to be able to access the blogs etc. on their website. Thank you!

A website added as exception is deleted next time Firefox is used. Cannot find any solution. Can turn off ETP manually via shield symbol in url bar.

I've been using kelly blue book to research new cars. Yesterday it would load the vehicle information, but when I click on the blue box "see pricing" it just reloads this page. Has worked fine for the past week or more, but yesterday started doing this?

Hi! I´m using Jdownloader2. After an update of Firefox the captcha-extension of JDownloader didn´t work anymore. I reinstalled Firefox, but adding the extension is still prevented. Following quote appears: "Firefox hat die Website daran gehindert, Sie zu fragen, ob Software installiert werden soll" It should be in yellow (but it isn´t), like following site describes: https://support.mozilla.org/de/kb/Add-ons-koennen-nicht-installiert-werden#w_firefox-hat-die-website-daran-gehindert-sie-zu-fragen-ob-software-installiert-werden-soll Furthermore there should be a button to authorize the installation. Instead there is only the button "OK". I followed the help-site mentioned above to the letter, to no avail. By the way, I´m using Nightly now, but JDownloader2 automatically wants access to Firefox. i have tried multiple extent ions to disable ai in the search box on Firefox an nothing works i still get ai. Again why does everyone think ai is so great. why again are people not given a choice like do you want or not want ai. HATE AI IN SAMSUNG GEMINI AND GOOGLE do not want ai anywhere ion my computer or i phone and please let me know if there is an addon or extensions in Firefox to not see it in my searches in google searches
