Trying to install Firefox through ChromeOS Linux from the official Mozilla Page. I'm following all the steps, but the terminal is telling me that the key is missing and there is no PGP data available for it. If anybody could help me out, I'd really appreciate it. I attached a screenshot of the code when I try to install it.

Why i need every time i restart the firefox esr accept the cudy.net certificate? Look the picture.

Is there a way to add it as exclude this certificate and NOT ask me every time i restart the firefox esr to accept this certificate?

I fill out a lot of forms online and use Firefoxe's autofill to fill in my personal info.

The problem I have is that autofill always puts a +1 in front of my phone number on the forms.

Since the form is only looking for 7 digits, it chokes with the +1 and won't submit. This requires me to manually click on the phone number field and delete the +1 so the form will submit. With the amount of forms I fill out, this creates a lot of unnecessary wasted time constantly having to correct it.

I have tried editing the phone number in autofill to remove the +1, and although it appears to do so, as soon as I save it, it comes right back again.

Is there an about:config setting that will remove this? I don't know why Firefox thought this was a good thing and not allow a way to edit it out.

I cannot use Firefox without it blowing up my memory to 86GB used in Activity Monitor. I've cleared my cache, closed all my tabs and bookmarked them. I have a Macbook Air M1 2020. I've tried restarting and am definitely using the current version of Firefox. I also updated to the latest OS Tahoe 26.5 to see if that helped. What should I do next please?!

Content Security policy blocks essential scripts no matter what I do.

It's new Firefox installation, Troubleshoot mode, Enhanced tracking disabled, I'm not on VPN, can log into X.com in another browser just fine.

It's the reason #1 I don't use Firefox. I thought the issue would be fixed but it has been like this for long time.

Yet whatever I do, whatever I turn off this pops up:

The screenshot is from Zen, but it uses Firefox and the issue is the same in Firefox.

Hello - downloads have started on my Mac desktop - do not know what they are - and they seem to be ever 4 hours. I have attached a screenshot of my download file. Any advice would be appreciated.

it would be very helpful if you could add a box in passwords for notations, this way I could comment exactly what this password is for if I need to remember additional information or to add comments for myself regarding that particular site. would be very handy

My Firefox program was recently re-installed by Dell. But it seems to be an older version and among other things I can't find my bookmark toolbar. So I'm hoping that updating Firefox will solver this problem.

There are audio and video files for which I receive in the console that they can't be decoded. Media resource could not be decoded, error: Error Code: NS_ERROR_DOM_MEDIA_RANGE_ERR (0x806e0069)

I have to reset Firefox/Mozilla as my default browser every time I leave the browser and return. Each time I set it as my default browser, but I have to do it again and again. This is a new occurrence, as I have never had to do this until the last few weeks.

I really need some quality advice and will sincerely appreciate it if someone can guide me, because my head is spinning.

After migration to new PC I created the default folder for Downloads as the Desktop. As during a rebuild the Dowload Folder is deleted. I deleted the Folder " Downloads". I now want to change the default back to a new folder called Downloads. I cannot in Settings get it to take this folder, cannot delete the existing folder (C:\Users\James Euler\Desktop\Downloads). How should I proceed to return to Downloads, or where should I place the new folder "Downloads" so that it becomes the default location for each download? Where should this Download Folder be located?Thanks in advance, as I had no problem making the new default. James

I'm on arch linux and sometimes my firefox search bar suggestions are just gone. When I type a web page that would be auto filled normally I don't get anything. This has happened to me a few days ago for the first time but I was able to restore the functionality by completely wiping my install, reinstalling, creating a new profile, disabling sync, restoring the old profile, enabling sync again and a few other steps I really don't remember anymore. This issue also does not allow me to save pages to my bookmarks anymore, no matter what I try. I really don't want to do the steps I listed above every few days so I just wanted to ask, what could possibly be the reason for this.

I'm on the latest firefox version 151.0.4 and having issues with the built in free VPN. It's showing up in the settings but I don't have the icon in the tool bar to adjust it or do anything. It's definitely enabled because it shows the settings and 50gb remaining of data. I've tried doing the about:config setting for enabling protection as well but that was already set to true. I toggled that and restarted my browser and firefox but neither worked.

Firefox suddenly stopped autofill for one of my credit card websites. Went to settings and everything seems to be in place. after manual log in FFasked to save info and I checked 'Save', but still no go. It just added new(additional) login info to my list of passwords.

It seems that after a recent Firefox version update (perhaps to 151.0.3), the "Clear cookies and site data" option is disabled for any container tab. This is really annoying as I like to use this feature often.
