new install of firefox won't load accounts.firefox.com

other browsers on the computer load it fine

I've imported bookmarks and passwords and stuff, and since refreshed firefox but can't find a way to fully restore it to initial settings, even uninstall and reinstall won't do it

For a few days now I've been unable to use Google tools via Firefox (I can't tell if this is due to an update or not).

As soon as a document (usually an editable or navigable area) is opened on the page, it appears completely black. Interactions work correctly at first glance (it's possible to click, write, interact with content that isn't displayed. The problem seems to be purely visual.

I've encountered the problem in all Google Sheet or Docs documents (including when I'm making a new one) and on Google Maps, regardless of location (in the case of Google maps, a notable point is that the map is displayed and then turns black after one or two seconds).

I don't have this problem on another browser, I have it in PM.

Do you have any ideas on how to find the cause and fix the problem?

I can't watch Twitch live stream and videos after updated.When I watching live stream on Twitch, the stream start showing some old tv effect but in colours green. I thought was Twitch problem, then I changed to watch video from my college by using their website. But it still has that effect. But I can watch Youtube videos with no problems. Then i changed to use Microsoft Edge to watch Twitch, surprisingly with no problem. I already updated to the latest version in Firefox. Can anyone help me Please. Thank You

I've been using FireFox to login to nytimes.com for many years. Recently, the nytimes.com website hasn't been working properly. It works fine using Edge.

Symptoms are: (1) The zoom level at login and the zoom on going from page to page is very inconsistent. (2) Clicking the Account button does not open the account settings page. Instead it causes the screen background to become grey.

I restarted FireFox in troubleshooting mode, but this did not improve the behavior. I have a single extension (Adblock). Disabling Adblock on nytimes.com also did not improve things.

After one of the updates in March qrz.com is no longer displaying correctly. This was working before. When you lookup callsign W5WLG with Chrome you will see flags of different countries under the bold title W5WLG. This used to work fine on Firefox until about 2 updates ago. I use the IRS form filler to pay my taxes...have for years with Firefox browser. This year (for 2024 return) when I sign into the site the 1040 form does not display correctly. the boxes are to the right and below the actual placement. I emailed IRS who said it is a setting in Firefox. I tried the site using Microsoft EDGE and it displays correctly. I have searched for possible solutions and tried them all like using/on and off excelerator, letting Firefox chose size and colors of sites, turned off Noton etc. I posted another question here but no replies or looks so maybe I did something wrong so I will try to post again. I have W10 fully updated and Firefox too up to date. I understand I could use Edge but never had to and prefer to use Firefox as I have before. any suggestions would be appreciated or where I can report a possible issue with Firefox. Hi, i cant make some actions in my account in browser game (battleknight) . After click on icon ,,mission,, , page is just refreshed and mision is not activated. Also in Highscore, when i hit some icon to sort players, the same issue always happen. It was OK all years long and game is OK on other browsers, this happened after todays actualization. Thanks for some help. (i tried to restart browser, clear cache)

I am blocked from opening my Asus Router in Firefox for Mac. I added the router's address to every exception list I could find in Settings and still no luck. I can reach the router through Safari and through Firefox and Edge on a Windows 11 machine. I like my present Security settings on my Mac except for this annoyance. Can anyone suggest a workaround or a setting change that would fix this issue? Thanks in advance for your help.

the IRS has free tax form filler that I have used for years. This year (tax year 2024) the page for the filler does not show correctly. most lines overlap and cannot fill in fields. I have w10 fully updated on my laptop. anyone else have this issue and how do I fix..I prefer Firefox.

This morning I went to check my email on gmail, and google asked me to sign in again. Easy, I thought. I entered my account, and then google asked for my passkey. Until this morning this meant that on my mac it would ask me to place my finger on the right key on the keyboard. This morning it just froze firefox indefinitely. I then tried on Safari, and it worked as expected. I checked the version of firefox: it's 136.0.1. Obviously something changed (i.e. broke!) with the new version. Has anybody else experienced this? Any suggested fixes?

On the Dallas Theological Seminary site, only this site, suddenly I'm unable to login - it doesn't recognize my password. Nor will it allow me to make a donation. I complete the donation form and it just keeps going round and round "processing" but never does it. I cleared my cache, re-started my laptop, made sure Win 11 is updated, still same problem. I did not try disabling extensions because they haven't changed in a long time. I opened it in incognito window and was able to login and make donation there. However I could not log in to my Gmail account from there. I went to a different laptop that runs Opera browser and logged into DTS just fine. This problem just started. Until recently I had no trouble with this site.

Two financial websites I normally look at with firefox suddenly have no images anymore. I think it's the last Firefox update that caused it. Both websites look okay with Chrome.

So Firefox automatically updated to version 136.0 and now Disney Hotstar (hotstar.com) website does not work. It shows the following error: "Something went wrong. Don't worry our best minds are on it. Please use the skip option if available or try again later." (see screenshot) There is no skip option.

I downgraded to version 135.0.1 and everything works fine. Hotstar website also works fine in other browsers. But soon the automatic update kicks in and with version 136.0 Disney Hotstar does not work at all.

I recently downloaded Firefox and would like to use it as my primary web browser (M1 14" Macbook Pro). But my Google calendar web site is not showing any colors, making it hard to use. On my other browsers (Brave, Safari, Edge) it works fine . See screen shots below from Firefox, Safari, Brave. I have tried re-booting Firefox, the computer, reverting the Firefox theme back to basics etc., and searching on line for a solution, but I can't find anything. So far all other websites are working OK, except for 1 other that has partially the same problem. If it can't be fixed I'll stop using Firefox, which I otherwise like.

Until a week or two ago, Amazon Prime Video worked without a problem on my Firefox browser. Now I cannot get Prime Video to open any show, nor can I access previous episodes of any show. I tried removing all my add-ons, including all my ad blockers and making Prime Video an exception to the enhanced Firefox browser feature. Nothing worked. Can someone at Firefox fix this problem or tell me why it happened? I CAN use prime video without difficulty on Safari and Chrome.

The latest firefox browser for windows desktop pc broke the ability to log in to at&t (also called yahoo) email. The email works fine on microsoft edge and chrome. It worked fine on firefox until the last update.

I have been having an issue with Firefox opening certain websites and unfortunately my self and other friends are forced to use Chrome. It is even difficult to contact anyone at Mozilla on this issue. If we Mozilla doesn't show concern we will easily make the complete transition over to Chrome. This is the fourth time I asked for help and have tried trouble shooting the issue from posts listed. We are sick and tired of trying to get this issue resolved and have been with Firefox for over ten years. Does anyone at Mozilla care? No phone numbers, no direct contact? Why the hiding? Obviously we are all pissed off about this issue.
