I am unable to sign into the iCloud web page on Firefox. I can sign in on Microsoft Edge, or on the Safari browser on my phone, so this is clearly a Firefox specific problem. When I try to sign in, the page skips the option that verifies my identity and goes straight to a message saying "Failed to verify your identity, Try again" without allowing the verification to occur. The verification would occur if the page would allow it to, as it does in the other browsers I mentioned. This was working fine last time I logged in a few days ago, so this is a new problem. I could switch over to Edge, but would prefer to use Firefox, if I can. Please help me. Thank you.

This started happening recently, in the last 30 days. Gray screen is shown when I clink on any photo in "Your memories from this day" email from photos@onedrive.com. If I go to OneDrive, then select today's date the issue is the same.

I've tried the same actions in Chrome and the photos are shown without issues.

Can someone help with this?

Why do some web pages not display, or only parts of them will be displayed on Firefox, but work fine on Chrome? I do not want to use Chrome for privacy concerns, but I have noticed the same thing at work. Chrome seems to show more types of HTML and variety related content, then Firefox can. Do I need to add some other type of content plugin maybe?

As the title suggest - I am unable to access LI at all.

It's not a profile issue because it loads fine on Edge. It's not an extension issue because it causes the same problems in troubleshooting mode, and it does get me to at least the login page on a private window.

Please help. I'm not sure how to resolve this. It's blocking a lot of my work.

image of problem Some, but not all, pages browsed throw up a "hamburger" menu, top left of the window. (the link above should link you to a screenshot taken this morning in Firefox 142.0.1 (64) running on Win11.)

The menu button floats eternally over the text in that top-left corner. This irritates me because I read text, and am frustrated by the browser covering readable text.

I can't remember ever (20+ years) needing the Table Of Contents of a web page. I use Mozilla Firefox's excellent Edit, Find if I want to jump directly to a key word.

Anyone who can suggest a perpetual dismissal of this menu button will earn my lifelong admiration!

Using Firefox--When I try to access the daily set of images that comes in an email representing memories for this day which is pulled from my Onedrive Photos, all I get is a dark blank screen with a subtle pulsing wave as if it is searching.

I get the same thing when I go directly to my OneDrive Photos and try to pull up the daily photos there.

However, changing browsers and using Google Chrome--I can view the images in the memory email as well as those on my OneDrive directly

What does Chrome do that Firefox is not?

I recently had another browser related issue on a different problem trying to register online with Directv which would not complete with Firefox but when I used Google Chrome instead of Firefox, it worked.

This made me wonder if the above OneDrive image problem might be browser issue. Sure enough, it was.

I really prefer Firefox and I do not want to have to go to Chrome.

Y want to be able to chat with my friends in Facebook and at times it takes my 20 minutes of waiting to get connected!!! And now all of the blue I get a bunch of widgets instead and also A sign that says that there is a problem with my browser!!! Please help me out!!! While using Yahoo news comment editor to enter a comment: the screen will frequently reset with a flash and some of what I was typing will disappear and the cursor goes to default position.

Issue: A regression in Firefox version 142.0 (64-bit) breaks the display of the CAPTCHA widget on the login page for https://my8k.me/login

Evidence: The two attached images provide a clear comparison:

   Image 1 (Firefox 142.0): The CAPTCHA area is completely missing or fails to load, showing only a broken element or empty space.

   Image 2 (Other Browsers / Older Firefox): The CAPTCHA renders correctly and is fully functional, confirming the problem is isolated to the latest Firefox update.

Conclusion: This indicates a specific compatibility bug introduced in Firefox 142.0, rather than a general website or user configuration error.

I can no longer log in to iCloud applications on Firefox . On my iPhone 11, I receive the request to log in to my Apple account. I followed the same steps and was able to do so on Google Chrome. Attached is the error message.

saw a post that recommenced to installing K-Lite Codec Pack would help so that i could set 1440p on Twitch because the option is greyed out for me. after installing it, twitch gets hung up and never finishes loading. it loads in a private window, and on edge too. i turned off the few extensions i have but that didnt help either.

i uninstalled the codec pack but im still getting the issue.

if i hit F12 i see theres an error Loading failed for the <script> with source “https://assets.twitch.tv/assets/6411-9f5e77558af00b1acec0.js”.

If I try to log in I get an email address already reg error If I try to use a link to join a channel I get a error saying the link is old (https://discord.com/invite/starrupture) Yet I can log in and join a channel tho it with same link in Edge

I have contacted Microsoft. After testing the link/page loads in Edge, Chome (with and without addins same in ff) and Brave. But does not load in FF (with addon's disabled) nor in Private browsing FF (no addins obviously) they said to reach out to FireFox for support. If you go to americangreetings.com, then click on the latest greeting card with ROB LOWE, enter info and then check if everything is OK. When you try to play it, it only plays his voice and there is NO PICTURE AT ALL. Other card will work, but not this one. WHY? It works fine on other browsers I have, but not on FIREFOX! Last week we lost the progress bar at the bottom of videos on Prime Video. When I cursor over the bar it returns Infinity:NaN:NaN. Switching to MS Edge and the progress bar appears as normal. I get the same results in Firefox on both my PC and Laptop. I have updated and reinstalled Firefox to the lastest version. I have NOT added any new extensions in the last year.

I'm having issues using Firefox with the Facebook site. Groups are slow to load and sometimes the chat and notification windows take forever to load with shimmering panels or a wait cursor displayed. I've cleared the cache and deleted the cookie, but that didn't rectify the issue. I don't have a problem with Edge.

Facebook simply isn't loading in Firefox anymore - it loads in Edge on my PC just fine and on my Mobile Android Browser .

I've tried disabling all extensions, and clearing cache and cookies, but Facebook still refuses to load and returns the message, attached.

When I try to open my mail in Yahoo I'm getting the following message" We couldn't load this message. There are no contacts on my list as well. I tried to read my mail on Google and it worked.
