(If any relevance, I'm on Macos 12 Monterey) 'Installation and updates' seemed the nearest topic due to the 'update' part of it, since this seems to only have been happening since this version, or I have simply not noticed due to not having needed to know. But if you look at my two screenshots, you will see the issue. There simply is no About Firefox on my firefox. Neither directly listed on the menu, nor as part of the 'help' sub menu.

Is there, for the sake of learning, a simple fix, so that I donlt have to uninstall/re-install? or an 'about config' type fix? Screenshot 1 shows the menu Screenshot 2 shows help sub-menu As you can see, absolutely no About Firefox

And, only potential issue may be, as you'll see from the share data upload is that I've a lot of tabs open, as I've got a lot to get through toniught, and tomorrow. So, maybe, t=though doubtfully, it is because it isn't handling the tabs and this caused a menu entry to be missing? Surely not likely.

Je choisis de me connecter avec un mot de passe et après avoir validé le mot de passe, j'arrive sur une page qui me dit d'utiliser un autre appareil ou une autre méthode de connexion. Je joins les fenêtres de connexion étape par étape Avec Google Chrome (que je ne veux pas utiliser), je me connecte sans problème à ma boite mail avec les même étapes décrites ci-dessus. When I try to open a pdf on a certain site I get the pdf, but there is an overlay of a pencil editing a ghost document. How can i get rid of this overlay? I've tried everything.

Can Firefox do anything to recover all of the downloads I'd saved until I accidentally had CCleaner erase everything? I don't know what else was deleted, but getting them back would be a big help.

I updated firefox through apt, and since then, have not been able to log into twitch I am on ubuntu 24

Laptop running Windows 10 pro. Firefox 144. Is there a method for sorting firefox bookmarks into alphabetical order (yet)? I see from questions asked years ago that Firefox hasn't had a way to sort all bookmarks into alphabetical order in one go. Is this still the case? It seems hard to believe that the only way to do this is to sort each folder individually. I noticed that I can do this (and have done) on Android, but not on the laptop.

For years I have clicked on the clear history, clear data and manage data on the settings page in privacy and security--directly after leaving every website, just to be sure...now nothing is happening when I click on them. FF is up to date and nothing is different (that I know of).

Mozilla will not let me sign into my Amazon account without using a passkey. I have never established a passkey and I do not wish to use my phone to sign in and without using one of those two options, my computer is completely locked and I have to shut it down and reboot or sign out of Microsoft in order to regain service. I have deleted Firefox from my phone...I have deleted the Amazon app from my phone, and I unsynched everything before I did so. I have errased all of my cookies and cleared the cash. I use an Apple phone which is equipped with an excellent browser, and unless I can find some work around for this I am going to delete Firefox from my PC as well.

I am unable to print after upgrade to ver 144.0 The print preview just spins. I can print these web pages using Edge. This same thing happens with new version of Thunderbird. Can't print email either. John Stark

I have rebooted my computer and when Firefox is restarted all the bookmarks in the bookmark toolbar are gone. I have Firefox set to sync these bookmarks on all devices and am concerned if I just initiate a new sync then the bookmarks will be deleted from all other devices instead of reloading them all from the Mozilla server. How can I force a reload of all sync'd bookmarks from the Mozilla server to my Firefox on this computer?

I've switch to a new computer and exported and imported my book marks, in json file. I can see them in the library, but I don't know how to get them to display on my sidebar. Help? thanks brian

Hello, I just purchased a new desktop computer. I have passwords and bookmarks that I would like to move over to the new computer. Can this be done or do I have to manually move each item. It would be so much easier to recapture all. Thanks for you help.

I am trying to set up a profile however when I click the account icon the profiles menu item does not show up like it says on the manage firefox profiles guide. I am updated to latest firefox version.

I have been using Firefox for many, many years. As of late I find it is constantly slowing or freezing and when I check with taskmanager I find Firefox has opened and is running as many as 85 processes. I have tried the recommended methods of limiting it...but the performance options do not provide the ability to limit processes as set out in the instructions....and changing the browser.tabs.remote.autostart to false also did not work. If I can't fix this, I will have to stop using Firefox. I am using version 144.0

I keep getting 'notifications' from Mozilla Firefox that McAfee has discovered a virus, Trojan, and other things. They come on the lower right corner of my screen and the address d3mj6kghubcc73dtudhg.kaironero.co.in is along the bottom of the notification. The notifications pop up every time I turn on my computer and go into Firefox and they just keep coming after I dismiss them. They are in small rectangles and have Mozilla Firefox written across the top left and say that McAfee has discovered.... Are they legit or are they spam and how do I stop them? I don't have McAfee installed on my computer which is a desktop. Please help--this is driving me crazy!!!
