Keep getting the following when trying to access a standard site I have gone to hundreds of times.

I use soundcloud often, and have recently had the issue of the website not being able to load after i launch it the first time. Autofill passwords works fine, it loads with no issue, but then when i try to load it again it's unable to. if i delete the website's cookies i'm able to load into it again, otherwise it just won't work. I've completely cleared out my cache and that helped for a little while but the issue still persists. Is there any known instances of this/ any plugins i can use to always remove the cookies of a specific website, as that may be a viable workaround.

I have no trouble accessing these sites with Safari. I've taken a number of steps to correct, such as running a malware scan, clear cache and history, starting in safe mode, yet nothing has worked. Any suggestions?

Ever since I signed up for Firefox sync, I have been berated with emails from them asking me to sync more devices. I really do not want to receive marketing emails from Mozilla and there is no unsubscribe button in the email. How can I stop these emails?

it started about 2 days ago, i have no idea how i opened this but somehow when i click on my search bar it has a red outline, its quite distracting and i would like to disable it. How do i do that? thanks in advance

Why was this changed? I always used view image, and if I needed it in a new tab or a new window I could use control + click or shift + click. This literally removes a feature for no reason. I don't want my images in a new tab all the time, sometimes I don't need the current tab. I'm just dumbfounded

Lately: these issues have popped up. I have all the FF updates. 1. I keep getting Crash Reports (never had thee before) 2. My passwords are not saved and I have to continually re-enter, esp. on Twitter and IG 3. When I close my computer to Sleep, Windows keeps asking me to Update and Restart.

   When I do, it goes through the process and then says Windows could not Update and 
    is undoing the changes. Is it a conflict with FF?
    I have the Avast Secure Browser and their Support said I can uninstall it and it would
    not take away anything on my FF browser. True?

I upgraded my FireFox to the latest version 88.0 today, and noticed some changes on right click menu. In the old version, the keyboard shortcut key is a to copy a link, but now it was changed to L. That is really inconvenient. As you know, when you right click a link using the mouse, your right hand is still holding the mouse, and not easy to press the letter L on the keyboard.

The old menu option is "Copy Link Locaton", but the new one is "Copy Link".

Is it possible to customize the keyboard shortcut of right click menu, please?

I just logged on and went to Netflix. I was logged in under an account I haven't used in a year. While trouble shooting the issue I discovered the browser updated and synced my old account with my new one. This included passwords and logins that were compromised in data breaches. I don't even use the old computer or any of those passwords. Now I can't even get Netflix to play on there with the correct login data. I took that old account info out and deleted the cookies from compromised accounts. Can anyone tell me how to fix the sites, other than switching away from Firefox entirely?

I am not happy and can't even leave feedback to get real support from the people who did this dumb stunt without even asking me first.

I liked the previous version of Firefox were i could open image in the same tab. This current setup doesn't work for me but for the life of me i can't find a way to disable it. Please help, I think I'm going to lose more hair trying to figure this out.

The screenshot feature offered in the browser header pull down menu is missing . i use this a lot.........has it been deleted from Firefox and if so why.......I need this feature. Please help

Hello, I've been able to take screenshots, one of my favorite features, and the selection to do so was located by tapping on the 3 dots in the browser bar. Today I made the selection to take a screenshot and the option was not there.

I followed the instructions from earlier posts on how to check to see if the option was True or False and in the area that showed me if it was still available. They were correct.

Is there any other reason why that choice would not be there?

when i print, it's too small or too large. it doesn't seem to matter if I do everything that is suggested, it still doesn't print the correct size. Either half or more of the page is off or the print is too small. I usually have to make it down to 30% to fit the paper size in print preview. 30% is way too small. Help please. I've been putting up with this quite some time now and it's frustrating.

How do I fix this? Firefox won't start (it did a few days ago).

Version 87 running on Windows 10.

Error Msg: The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found.

There is a file: VCRUNTIME140.dll in the C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox folder.

I reinstalled Firefox but that didn't help.

Hi, I accidentally DLed FF88 without checking the details w/r/t functionality.

Several of the changes severely compromise my ability to use FF for my job.

Examples are the 'view image' which is now gone from right-click and replaced with 'open image in new tab' --this disrupts my work flow. And 'save image to pocket' etc is not useful for me, but happens to be right where I normally click on another function.

Is there a relatively seamless way to undo the FF88 'upgrade' ? TIA
