I am using Windows 10. In other major browsers adding URL's to the taskbar is a simple task. Why is it so difficult in Firefox? Adding them to the desktop is easy but not to the taskbar.

The "screen capture" from the "3 points" options on the address bar disappeared. I didn't change a single thing. Anyone knows how do i proceed with that to reactivate that tool again?

Apparently Mozilla did an update and not it defaults to it's own printer dialog box. I hate it. There is a link to use the system print dialog box but it only works for that specific print job. I can't find a setting to force Firefox to always use the system printer dialog box. Anyone know how to fix this? It's enough to make me stop using the browser becasue thr Firefox dialog box sucks.

I followed the directions on a security site to protect online communication. It suggested one or more setting, which resulted in Firefox opening in a fixed size window by default. I would like to revert it back so that Firefox opens in full screen, but can't remember which settings were altered. Any suggestions on how to revert to full screen by default? Thanks in advance.

Hi, my firefox context menu is too miscellaneous. I want to keep "copy" and "seach...for..." entries, and delete others, so I will not be distracted by them. How can I do that? Making the context menu as simple as possible?

I was following this reddit thread on how to remove the "your camera and microphone are being shared" popup, but it's having no affect.

I have set `toolkit.legacyUserProfileCustomizations.stylesheets` to true.

Searching everywhere and cannot find a solution. Perhaps there is none. Followed suggestions here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1297345 in an attempt to increase width of scroll bar but see that just reproduces the default setting.

So the question stands: how to increase width of scroll bar?

The scroll bar is super thin.

Is there a way to set a web site as my home page and not have to reset it every week or so? Also, when will we be able to choose what web site is loaded when we open a new tab?

I cannot get Firefox to stop using dark mode. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, checking my Mac's settings (dark mode is not enabled), and Firefox still shows dark mode in webpages (like Google News). It makes it really hard to read the page without reading glasses.

Is there a way to turn this off? It is really irritating.

Just got a new laptop, and when opening FF this white bar appears on the browser above the tabs. How do I get rid of that? If I'm recalling correctly, the minimize, maximize, and close functions are present on the tab bar on my desktop FF browser. Screenshot attached

Is there a way to disable the little notification that pops up showing what url is being loaded or that pops up when you mouse over a link in the bottom left of the browser?

I'm using an OLED and am trying to disable as many re-current static objects as possible. In my 25 years of web browsing I've never found this to be a useful feature so I'd rather it be disabled.

I can't seem to find any settings pertaining to it and all the info I can find on disabling is quite old and doesn't seem to be accurate anymore.

Any tips would be very appreciated.

I need to be able to restore my previous session whenever I restart Firefox and keep myself logged in to various sites. However, the option to do that is greyed out. How can I do this? I've attached a picture from the Options menu. I'm using Windows 10.

I'm running Ubuntu 20.10 with GNOME Shell extension Unite which can add the minimize, maximize and close buttons to the top bar and remove the buttons from the title bar of apps. The does not work in Firefox, minimize, maximize & close remain. I'm assuming this is related to Firefox's ability to remove the title bar all together so tabs can be at the top. The Firefox Customize... page allows you to change just about everything else in the UI except these three buttons.

Is there a way to remove Firefox's minimize, maximize and close buttons?

In case it matters I really only care about the Close button (not Close tab) because GNOME Tweaks lets you remove the minimize & maximize buttons from all apps.

all i want is the userchrome.css to hide everything until i hover anywhere on the browser. not just when i hover the titlebar, as my code does now

if my mouse cursor is anywhere on the browser then i want nothing to be hidden. when my mouse cursor leaves firefox, then i want everything to be hidden.
