Hello, Thanks for taking your time to help me with an internet page problem. The pages load but when using the cursor to select an option, I must reload the page using the circle with an arrow icon almost every time. Never happened before and it's annoying. Recent Windows 11 update? Or, what? [email removed]@yahoo.com

Hello all, I have the same exact problem described in post https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1463436, dated 9 December 2024. Until ten days ago (more or less) all was working correctly. At the beginning I thought there was a problem with Intesa because Intesa had problems in all the country in that period, but I have now tried CHROME and found that is working correctly. My system uses Firefox 139.0.1, W10-32 and Iliad FTTH. I have already cleaned cache and data from settings but the problem remains. Any thought? Thanks very much for any help. Mario.
