Hi, I am trying to set up the built-in vpn. I got as far as the attached screenshot but I cannot find the "... open panel and turn it on." I managed to instal? the Mozilla vpn but thats not what I am after.

Can you advise what, where is "open panel" and how to "turn on vpn"?.

Please give me step by step instructions otherwise I will get lost.

Using a Mac Mini OS 10.15.7 Catalina

I found out about the FF VPN beta a month or two ago and use it rarely. I was surprised today that clicking to enable it gives me a different beta VPN popup which required me to login. What is this about?

I am unable to activate the built-in VPN. I am in a loop of getting started -> Activate Firefox’s built-in VPN for extra privacy and protection' then I click 'Continue' and then I get again back to 'get started'. The built-in VPN never activates. I am signed in while doing that and I am using a macbook to run firefox.

Just did another browser update and running 152.0.2 (aarch64)

when will the free vpn become available to me? I've been reading and watching for the invite box on the toolbar and don't see it.

I have automatic updates and my browser recently updated and there is VPN link on my browser wanting me to use it, but it doesn't give me the option to say no. I already have a VPN that I use through MalwareBytes that I use and another that I'm not using through Protonmail. For some reason since the VPN link showed up on my browser I have websites that I use every day that won't load. I want to refuse the VPN and see if that helps, but my only option is a Get Started link. How do I get rid of that?

I am so excited to use the FF VPN, I get many notifications about it but what am I doing wrong - I don't see the VPN option in my browser. I am updated, use DuckDuckgo for searching. I've written before but we never go anywhere. Wish I could get the VPN to work as I really want to try it thank you

hi, whenever i am trying to use the vpn on firefox, i either get a message saying Unable to find the proxy server Firefox can’t connect to the server at facebook.com What can you do about it? Try connecting on a different device. Check your modem or router. Disconnect and reconnect to Wi-Fi.

or on youtube, message shows Connect to the internet You're offline. Check your connection.

is there a way to resolve this issue. i currently set up the vpn to Location: Recommended

I'm trying to use the built in VPN. I'm signed in but it just keeps returning me to the same page. The VPN icon doesn't have a green tick - it keeps the little black cross next to it. What am I doing wrong?

I had the built-in VPN in Firefox enabled. I used it successfully for about a month, but this evening it disappeared from my toolbar. How can I restore access to this feature?
