I work for Mozilla, my LDAP changed a few years ago, I just noticed my Firefox is logged in as my previous LDAP . Is there any way to change this without deleting all of my bookmarks etc.?

The email address on my Mozilla account no longer exists. I am unable to change any data nor delete the account, since I cannot login to the old email address. Contact email: [edited from community support forum] @icloud.com

Hi! I had a firefox account when I worked for the law firm McCormick Barstow a few years ago. I haven't worked there for a few years. I just set up firefox on my personal computer, but am having problems changing my primary email from my work email ([email address]) to my personal email ([email address]). Can you help? I had my work email as my primary and used asimha.cloud@gmail.com as my secondary email. I'm no longer with that company and don't have access to that email. I'd like to use asimha.cloud@gmail.com as my primary email. The work email in question that has to be removed is - simhaaj@vmware.com.

Hi, I found this page in the support forums which kind of answers my question, but it says in order to get my username changed (for the same reason the original poster of that page was requesting it) I need to contact an administrator. However, there's no information on how to do that and the thread is archived.

How do I contact an administrator in order to request this change?

Original Firefox account uses an older email now defunct and is no longer accessible. Security code being sent to add secondary email address can't be completed as older email account isn't accessible. Suggestions?

What is apparently the official Firefox policy is incredibly dumb:

They provide users with that ability to add secondary email addresses, recovery codes, and authentification, BUT they REQUIRE access to the primary email address to make the secondary email address primary.

IF the primary email address is unavailable, the secondary email addresses, recovery codes, and authentification are completely useless for making the secondary email address the primary one.

This supposedly provides "enhanced security".

Pro Tip: If you deny ALL internet access, you will be very secure on the internet.

Hi, I have an account that has all my bookmarks etc... that I do not want to loose. The Firefox account has one email listed and I forgot to add a secondary before my old email was disabled. When I try to add now Firefox send a code to my old email which I have no access to. The extension of the email has been changed to @gmail.com vs the old email was "@shaw.ca" (company got brought out & not exist anymore). thanks for your help Regards, Melinda

I have an issue changing my billing information for Firefox Relay Premium. When I click on "Manage payments" I always get to a web page stating "Invalid billing information". See also screenshot attached. The arrow keeps turning and I cannot select anything on this web page to change my billing method.

Unsure if it really matter, for now, but my firefox account, when I go to edit bits and pieces, it gets my Firefox version correct, but gets my MacOs version wrong. I'm on 12.76 (Monterey), but Firefox is showing me as 10. Is this normal or anything that might matter?

A pop-up with a QR Code suggesting to sync Firefox home page on my home computer with Firefox on my phone. I changed to a new email and I don't have access to my old one. There is no link or access on my Firefox browser security page to change it. There is a button to add a secondary email but the access code is sent to my old email address. See photos below.

I did use yahoo email for long time but now I want to switch to g mail address for my own protection and will keep my home address and will use my personal information as is not further changes.
