My laptop operating system Linux ubuntu crashed. I had to reboot using new linux OS Linux Mint. Laptop now working but have lost all my search. I sometimes use DuckDuck to serach. Help in recovering my bookmarks.

My firefox automatically updated on January 14th. Since the update, it opens with the tool bar above/off the screen, the left side off the screen, and it doesn't allow me to scroll. If I go the the firefox icon at the bottom of the screen and click close window, I can sometimes get it to re-open normally and then leave it open for the balance of the day. I am running windows 11. My wife and I are have the same issue right after the update. Is there a fix on the way or a setting I can change to fix this.

Not as important but I want to get away from all things google. Right now my firefox is tied to a gmail account. To be void of google, do I need to completely take firefox off my computer and re-install with a new email account or can I transfer the account to a new email?

sorry, but i needed to update, my husband passed away, this was his computer,(Linux) i have my own, (Windows 11) there is alot of important information on this computer i need to keep. Almost everything on this computer has passwords. I'm not a computer wiz, but i try to do the best that i can. I didn't mean to come across as a hacker trying to break into someone's computer

For some reason the first item when I open my browser is google. I do not use google-I can search my browser's history and see I do not use google. How do I get it removed? There is no reason for it to pop-up in my browser at all but there is absolutely no reason for it to be the top item whenever I open my browser. Why is it even there? I always use DuckDuckGo to search.

Please help me remove google from my browser. I have attached a screenshot with my browser showing google as the first item when I open it. This is getting so frustrating when I try to avoid google like the plague...the plague it is.

Thank's for nothing mozilla. After 15 years or so I have move to MS or other browsers. With your newest update I lost my shortcut to my bookmarks on the browser. Where the fuck are my bookmarks, how can I have the shortcut to bookmarks on browser and how can I make firefox look like (with all the necessary tabs) it used to look? This white ghost appearance looks total shite.

For the Life of me, I cannot Figure-out how to drag-and-drop websites from the Address bar, to the Desktop on the Computer. I tried dragging the Padlock didn't work. I tried dragging the Shield didn't work. Tried even dragging the whole URL. and even made bookmarks with the Link just to try it.

What am I missing? Wracking my brain trying to Figure-out the Conundrum

Why didn't you tell me when you asked me to reset my password that it would wipe out all of my sync data????😰😠😭

If I would have known I would have just waited to try my password again later.

There must be a way. This just happened the whole reason why I signed in was to sync my data to my new phone. PLEASE recover my data!!!!!!!

And pls change ur UI to say in when asking if you want to change ur email password that it may wipe all ur data and nothing will be available!!!

There must be a way. This just happened and I can prob recall my old password. Can it be rolled back to yesterday's settings?? Or the setting even from this morning?
