I am 77 of age and my computer knowledge is limited. When I go to search topics for example, places to visit in Maui ,the above message appears and I am thinking I might have disabled something. I really need help getting this working. Thank you.

Hello, I have all of a sudden having issues using We Transfer to download files in Firefox. It stops short of the full file, but says it is downloaded. I contacted We Transfer and they asked me to use the private window option. I did that and it worked. I told We Transfer and this was there response.

Incognito mode works without extensions, so if it worked in Incognito and not in the regular mode, please try to disable all extensions/firewall/ad-blockers to see if it helps with the normal mode.

I don't know how to find these in Firefox to do this.

Please help me.

Attempted resolution of problem as directed with AVG Internet Security App to no avail. Firefox is up to date; DuckDuckGo browser using Firefox core has no problems

I was not sure which "topic" to select. I use Yahoo mail for email. Up until a month ago or so, I was able to type the first few letters of a person's name and the email address for that person automatically filled in. This no longer works. The only article on Yahoo's "help" that I could find said it was probably a browser issue.

Any ideas on how I can get my cache back? Or at least start over?

I put music on my profile page on FUBAR.Com. I change the music each week. I have used FIREFOX there for two years or so with no problems.

Today I changed the HTML (supplied by YouTube) for the music but when I look at my profile page I get an error message that says I need to be signed in to insure I'm not a bot (a post from YouTube). After a lot of discussion it was found out that when other users view my page they see and hear the music video just fine!!??

What's the problem> FUBAR support says it's FireFox???

My doctor's office sent me a list of pharmacies and I had to check one, but my computer won't let me type anything in the circle. This happens on any site where I have to fill in a box or circle with my choice of answer. For example, I can't type in the box below which says "email me when someone answers the thread".

I'm using Windows 10 and have just completely uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox.

PROBLEM: Using MS Office 2021, OUTLOOK, when I select "EMAIL LINK" I get two windows, the expected one with the email link in the body, and one much smaller that is blank.

The second smaller window is an extra and serves no purpose; except that I have to close it. After an hour with a senior Microsoft tech this morning, he said the problem with with Mozilla; that everything works normally (only one window opens!) - leaving Firefox/Mozilla as the source of the problem

I've completely uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox, clearing the cache, etc., etc. so I have nothing to attach. ALSO, when I tried to "Share Date," there was an error and I 've had to retype the above again. So, if you need more that the info I've given, please let me know.

Trying to connect to yahoo mail (currently.com) and keep getting error messages. All other websites on firefox work.

I would appreciate whatever help or suggestions someone may provide to an irksome problem that only happens in my preferred browser, Firefox. I've attached an image below of a page from a local grocery store. Like most stores these days, it is possible to search within that store and its web site for specific items and prices, etc. It works in at least two other browsers I've tried but not in Firefox so a setting, I'm guessing, has been changed within Firefox in the last few months (because this problem did not occur before then).

As you see in the image, I've inserted an item to find its price; and nothing happens. Before, on Firefox, and now with other browsers, I would get a display of all relevant products, prices, quantities, sales and discounts, etc.

What Firefox setting do I need to change so this information will show up again?

I have Firefox version 137.0.2 on this system running Windows 10 Version 22H2 (OS Build 19045.5737).

Sorry for my ignorance; and thanks again for whatever help anyone can offer.

Recently experienced this error message while attempting visit alliant credit union. Not sure if it's a problem on their end or not but, I didn't experience this problem the other day. The firefox version is 137.0.2. If it is a problem with the site owner how would one know?

This problem has returned after the clean installation of Firefox again and Firefox did more auto-updates. See attached files from the search bar "Information con(circle with the letter i inside) says I do not have a secure connection! I am not choosing to have an insecure connection. I rely on my ISP, Firefox, Windows Defender, and my VPN to make sure I have a connection that is safe!

So I understand this: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/xframe-neterror-page and the reason it exists, but I need to find a way to turn it off because it's literally blocking me from accessing the Library of Congress webpage inside the same browser for my job. It's not a malicious site, but I can't figure out how to tell Firefox to stop blocking it as if it was a malicious site.

Help.
