An error occurred during a connection to tpz.sashacare.com. SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length.

Every time go to Firefox home page (clear browser settings), I get "Account Disconnected" message.

I have another PC with the same Firefox browser homepage and do not have the problem.

Help or suggestions appreciated. TU for reading.

i rely on your Read Aloud app to read items on the internet and it is difficult for me to reinstall it when it disappears. Can you send me a link to reinstall to make it easier?

I've done recent updates (May 2026) and after having 3 updates in recent months, I still have difficulties with my video programs (both Zoom and "One-click) slowing down during my work which is 100% virtual. How can I revert to an earlier version where this was resolved, please!!??

I have been with Mozilla since Netscape 1. Recently, I have been unable to add or delete a bookmark or folder. A number of previous bookmarks have lost their icons and their content. The Bookmark "Star" turns blue, indicating that it has been bookmarked. When I look for it in the designated folder it is not there. I try to edit garbled bookmark URLs by substituting the new URL - does not work. There are a number of folders for categories of bookmarks and I cannot delete them. What can be done?

This has happened randomly on several different computers, both windows and ubuntu linux. It just now happened on my Win 11 computer. Was viewing the CNN news site and FF suddenly closed, without a "FF crashed..." message.When I clicked the icon to reopen it, it came up with the home page group of tabs instead of reopening the windows and tabs that were opened when it crashed. Worse, none of the previous months of history shows up and recently closed tabs and windows are both greyed out.

Is there a way of recovering the history of what I was working on at the time of the crash and what the hell is causing this? I am close to dumping FF and going with something else as this is highly annoying.

Amazon Facebook Ebay National Lottery and others just refuse to load.I tried troubleshooting mode,it worked once and now it doesn't.I believe I'm not the only one with this prob. Help? Thanks.

help me restore my open windows. this has also happened a couple times before and its very frustrating when i have tabs open to read/refer to later or am in the process of reading and then i have to try and find them all again.

I have just downloaded Mozilla to my new laptop. I have Mozilla on my old laptop.  Can all my bookmarks be synchronized with the download to my new laptop.

Hey there since a week when I brows with Firefox on Windows desktop the RAM uses jumped from around 60% spiked to 92-95% RAM and that changed just come a long a week ago. If change brows like Chrome different story, back down at 65. So you can also see a massive number on Firefox system running.

Question: Whats the reason for the change? What happend?
