Dear All, I recently reinstalled Windows and updated to the latest Firefox. When I tried to sign in to sync/restore my bookmarks, Firefox could not recognize my password. I reset it and used the new password, but the bookmarks that appeared were outdated, and not all information synced to my current account.Could you please advise on the steps (or a quick solution) to fix this?Many thanks for your support in advance.Kind regards, Tareq Zeyad

Everything is gone, I have had to reinstall windows 4 times in the last week with a new PC and now all my sync data is gone...Chrome remembers everything fine and Mozilla did remember everything until this install and now its not syncing anything.
If this stuff is gone so am I.
Have tried logging in with my google account, tried logging in with Moz account, tried sync button over and over tried restarting, tried uninstalling and reinstalling and manually deleting all the folders STILL NO SYNC DATA AT ALL.......

With Firefox Android on my tablet, bookmarks are not syncing that i see when logged into my Firefox account on other devices. I tried logging out and in to my Firefox accont and also unchecking and checking the "sync bookmarks" box. Firefox Android says "bookmarks are now synced". But they aren't!

I thought Firefox had crashed and I closed it and opened it again. And I saw Firefox open without any tab. In the history section, I followed the last Windows and tabs, but it was a one site, not all my tabs. What are you doing in Firefox? Damage to your User Information?

I recently recovered my Lenovo laptop and when I sign in my Mozilla account again, nothing happens - no bookmarks, passwords, history etc. are imported. I'm not sure if it's important to mention, but I had to recover my password, in order to sign in after the recovery of my laptop.
When I look at the history of my account, it looks as if it starts on the day I recovered my laptop. I am, however, pretty sure that I use the right sign-in e-mail address.
Is there any way I (or someone from the Mozilla support?) could search with my IP address or the name of my device to find out in which account any history appears prior to the day of my recovery?
Any help would be very much appreciated as I have lost a very big amount of data...

I have all the data selected for syncing (bookmarks, history, etc.), and the logs in about:sync-log are empty. It looks like the data from your server has been cleared. Firefox is freshly installed. I am absolutely sure that synchronization was enabled on my old browser. I tried turning it off and on again, but nothing helps. Please help me get my data back!

My p.c. is listed and when i click on it, a box pop's up and says "tab sent. I don't know where it's going, but it's not making it to my desk top.
