Forefox and Robo form works fine except cannot get the the Robform Tool Bar to pop up on the bottom of Firefox browser. This same Robo Form install works fine with the MS Edge browser on the same computer. Fast Computer, No internet issues.

How do I activate the VPN Extension to exclude certain websites? I have added the extension and I already subscribe to VPN but a can't find the Preferences to select a website for exclusion.

I was creating a virtual card and it was suggesting I use a particular extension to do so. When I downloaded the extension and was selecting open I was warmed that Mozilla fits not monitor the Eno extension. I don't know what i should do.

I'm on WinXP and Win7; FF is there respectively on ESR 52.6.0, and 56.0.2.

First, all of a sudden all my legacy add-ons were disabled. Most of them ensure FF looks like it did ages ago, which is what I'm used to, and need, to function properly myself. They overall are no longer maintained or downloadable, hence the need to stay on lower browser versions as well.

Managed to fix that.

Then, last Fri, my webmail provider missed updating their security certificate. They seemingly later do, but I am left unable to access their website from FF on both machines, and Chrome on the XP. Disaster.

The error messages I get are, in FF:

[www.netaddress.com] uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is unknown. The server might not be sending the appropriate intermediate certificates. An additional root certificate may need to be imported.

and in Chrome:

classic.netaddress.com normally uses encryption to protect your information. When Google Chrome tried to connect to classic.netaddress.com this time, the website sent back unusual and incorrect credentials. This may happen when an attacker is trying to pretend to be classic.netaddress.com, or a Wi-Fi sign-in screen has interrupted the connection. Your information is still secure because Google Chrome stopped the connection before any data was exchanged.

You cannot visit [classic.netaddress.com] right now because the website uses HSTS. Network errors and attacks are usually temporary, so this page will probably work later.

When running a SSL server test on their certificate it turned back: Chain issues Incorrect order, Contains anchor

No idea if that's relevant.

I tried just abt everything I was handed, could think of, or googled. Adding an exception included. Nothing works. Logically, the error should be on their end (w/ their old certificate, it all worked fine, now it doesn't), but somehow I keep being directed to that your root certificate having expired is the culprit.

Earlier today, I took the plunge and updated FF to 72.0.2 on the Win7 machine. (My webmail doesn't have full functionality on Chrome, so I was still very hampered in that regard there.) Now I can access the webmail -- but all my add-ons AGAIN are disabled. And what I did before to make the work does now NOT work anymore.

Can someone pls take me out of my misery? My whole existence is falling apart. I am already on 75 % (invisible) disability. Nothing works, least of all I. I am days behind on an already massively overburdened schedule. Not everyone can handle constant updates and their user interface being changed all the time. Some ppl are dependent on things looking and acting the exact same.

I'd like my add-ons back functional on the Win7 machine, and my webmail back -- INCLUDING the add-ons remaining functional, on the WinXP. Thank you.

The extension ZoneAlarm Web Secure is preventing safe downloads from web sites. I do not want this program in my version of Firefox. version of Firefox. There is no way I have found to remove this program. Please advise me how to do so.

The built-in translation feature in the browser is a great feature. In the settings I have loaded Ukrainian language but when I click on the translation button at the end of the address bar it is not displayed in the list. Can you please tell me what I need to do to display the language I need?

I just added Search on Google Lens to my Firefox "Add-ons Extensions" because I need to identify a simple image, but I can't figure out how to make it work. I put my mouse pointer on te image and right click, but I do not get a context menu with a Google Lens choice. What do I need to do to make Google Lens work on my computer?

I FEEL LIKE A TOTAL IDIOT WHEN USING Firefox Browser. It is the only browser I use and I have been using Firefox for 10+ years. I've spent thousands of hours using it but due to my GREAT IGNORANCE of the best way to use and maximize my efficiency, my precious time is being wasted. I FEEL LOST MUCH OF THE TIME. IS IT POSSIBLE ORGANIZED MY USE OF FIREFOX IN A WAY THAT WILL MAKE IT A PLEASURE TO USE? For example my Windows fire Explorer if very organized and based on a logical system that I created. With Firefox I've created hundreds Bookmarks and I've started organized them but it doesn't automatically sort a folders or bookmarks when I put them in and that is a huge inconvenience because I sometimes forget to do that and then I can't find what I need.

I've built computers and installed hardware and complicated software; I've done a little bit of Excel programing as well. I am a well educated person with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, and I also have several post graduate certifications but I feel like Firefox is cumbersome to use. Now that "feeling" has to do with my ignorance most likely SO is there anyone out there who can point this frustrated researcher in the direction that will make me a virtuoso with Firefox? Consider this fact: I am a skilled surgeon whose quick hands and mind have been involved involved in multiple acute life threatening injuries. This means that I use a kind of magical thinking that I learned long ago, and that thinking is the difference between life and death for the man whose left renal artery was ruptured in a plane crash. He is losing blood internally and must be treated immediately, He will arrive at trauma center in 10-15 minutes vial helicopter. When I am teaching and writing music there is select number of 5-7 tabs, depending on which instrument I am working with, that I would like to open with one or two clicks. Similarly, when I do financial or medical research. For example I could in my Bookmarks create project related folders with the specific tabs I would like to have open, the question would be is there a way I can open 5-10 links in a folder, with a minimal of clicking? I'm sure there are other smarter ways to work but I don't know Firefox well enough to know how to shape it around my specialty needs. I stick with Firefox because it is apparently one of the safest browsers. I have installed a few Add-ons and Themes, like "Tree Style Tab" and "Go To Playing Tab" both of which I like. I'm still trying to figure out how to have Google Lens work on my Firefox. I read all the instructions but nothing seems to work. Is it me or is it a problem with Firefox browser, or what?

How do I actually install the Surfshark extension, because everywhere I go just seems to be information about the extension, but nowhere to click on to actually to install it ??
