The site for our 501c 3 non-profit (Caring Hands For Angels, Inc) is flagged as deceptive and blocked by Firefox. I have no idea WHY this had happened nor how to correct it. I noticed on a google search that all the TV reports and newspaper articles about the organization show up in a search but not an actual link to the website. Is this because Firefox blocks it? Is it Google which is blocking it? We need help and don't know where to start.

Every time I do a search it takes me to a virus warning anad won't go further.

Hi, my location is Venezuela, and seems that I'm being blocked somewhere... I just want to confirm whether this is something on Mozilla's end (considering that their headquarters are in the US), or something on my government's end (since the ISP often blocks websites on orders from the state).

I can't sync my account or log in because of this, and generally, wherever the block comes from, they rarely give any warning. The main page loads normally; it's only the subdomains that are blocked, as far as I can see. For the record, this happens in Firefox for Desktop, and for Android too, wherever I'm on my home, using mobile data or using my office WiFi. This is not a browser error, in the capture u can see that the domains are solved correctly (even using the ISP's DNS), but u can't ping on the IP unless u turn on the VPN.

All Google services work fine for me, and I can't use a VPN all the time, so I'll have to switch to some chromium browser if this goes on too long (even if I don't want to).

Greetings ! For the last two days I have not been able to access Facebook or Amazon websites. When I use a shortcut or try to type in the URL, the display says something like using Google or such when I have my default set to Firefox ( And I confimed that it is set as such). I can click on a tab or reach anything else ok. Also, those two are accessible through Chrome or Edge ok on here and also on my phone and tablet.I have cleared cache and such multiple time and removed extensions. It is just those two sites on this device on Firefox. I think there was an update recently too.. Thanks for an assistance anyone can give. Cherry

I can't get into my Yahoo Email account, and keep getting, 'try again' which I've done repeatedly, then 'check internet connection' which seems to be fine, then to 'make sure Fox Fire has permission to enter', which until today I've thought they have always had because I've never had this problem before, so what could problem be today, and how do I fix it?

I am experiencing an issue where Google.com (other google domains work fine) will not load in Firefox, resulting in an infinite loading loop. Other browsers on the same system (Brave) work fine.

Here are the steps I have already tried:

Reinstalled Firefox completely

Removed Firefox via sudo apt remove --purge firefox -y

Cleared all user profiles and caches: ~/.mozilla/firefox, ~/.cache/mozilla, ~/.config/Mozilla

Reinstalled via Flatpak

Tested network connectivity outside Firefox

curl google.com works correctly

DNS resolution works via getent hosts google.com in the host system

Checked proxy settings

Ensured “No proxy” is selected in Firefox → did not resolve the issue

Tested in Safe Mode (disabling extensions)

Problem persists, so not caused by extensions

Tried disabling IPv6 inside Firefox

network.dns.disableIPv6 set to true → no effect

Cleared DNS cache inside Firefox

about:networking#dns → clicked “Clear DNS Cache” → no effect

Disabled DNS-over-HTTPS (Secure DNS)

about:preferences#privacy → “Use secure DNS” → disabled → no effect

Disabled HTTP/3 (QUIC)

network.http.http3.enabled set to false → no effect

Verified Flatpak network permissions

flatpak info --show-permissions org.mozilla.firefox shows network access allowed

Inside the Flatpak shell:

flatpak run --command=sh org.mozilla.firefox getent hosts google.com

→ returns only IPv6 address: 2800:3f0:4001:839::200e google.com

I cannot sign into Discover Card when I use FireFox. I talked to Discover Card about it. They say the most frequent reason it happens is because Discover Card is not on your safe list. I tried signing in on my other PCs with a Ubuntu OS and their browser Opera works fine on signing me in. Within the last two weeks I installed Mint on two of my PCs. works great except for not being able to sign in to Discover Card. I am not having that problem on any other sites. I doubt if my cache is full as my usage being new OS has been minimal. I just tried signiing in with this PC after installing Mint yesterday. I get the same message

"We're sorry. Your request cannot be completed at this time. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and are working to resolve this issue soon."

Discover wants to blame Firefox. Personally I think It has to do within the Mozilla VPN. I say that because I often had the same problem when I used McAfee's VPN. Discover maintains it has nothing to do with VPNs and it is a trust issue.

Eventually I want to replace Ubuntu with Mint. But I cannot until this problem is fixed. Opera is also running a VPN when I sign in so this would support Discover Cards theory about Firefox not having Discover on a safe list. I think they have it wrong though. If your site is blocked you are not on Discover's safe list. I wish we could get a meeting of the two minds instead of me trapped in the middle. Hope this helps.

I have tried endlessly to go onto Anesco website, it comes up with Forbidden 404 on all their sites, my solar system is managed by them but I cannot access the sites to contact them anyone got any ideas please, https://anesco.com/

Why is firefox blocking the paypal popup??? I've tried all the solutions to get it to work, but it still does not work.

Went into Settings/Privacy & Security/Permissions, Block pop-ups and third-party redirects is selected, but I've added http://paypal.com and https://paypal.com to the exceptions

when I go to a web site I get an error msg saying You don't have permission to access "http://www.att.com/" on this server. why and what does it mean and how do i fix it?

Hi Folks - Per attached image, in the last few weeks (Dec.2025+ mainly), I get blocked from accessing web.Whatsapp.com on my Lenovo.X1 (Windows) laptop. It may work eventually but the block stays a long time etc.

Any ideas why & a fix much appreciated :)
