Hello,

I recently got a laptop to make my work more flexible and wanted to transfer/sync my Mozilla Firefox data from my desktop PC. I logged into my Mozilla account and synced the laptop with Firefox on my desktop, but it doesn’t open the tabs that are currently open on my desktop.

My question is: is there a way to open all tabs at once, or do I have to open each one individually?

I am encountering an issue with the Ultimate Addon Image Gallery when viewed in the Mozilla browser. On the user's first visit to the page, the image gallery fails to load promptly, often taking a long time to display. Hello I installed Windows some time ago, after that when I installed Firefox and added my account to it, none of my data was there, even though I had backed up a lot of passwords, bookmarks and add-ons. Now I have to check if I have any data. Syncing is not happening. Please check my account and help me recover my data.

An errant setting on my backup program wrecked havoc on my FF profile. I have a backup from two weeks ago which I can go back to, but I'm trying to figure out how to get my browsing history from the past two weeks over to the restored profile.

Some options I thought about: and for clarity, the newer but bad profile is still loadable, I've mainly lost all my extension settings and stored data

• Is there any tool that would sync the entries from the newer/bad profile to the older/good profile?
• If I restore the older/good profile, would FF Sync just add back in the newer entries -- which presumably it has saved in it's system over the past two weeks?
• I believe the places.sqlite" file from the newer/bad profile is still intact. Should I just copy that to the older/bad profile?

Why didn't you tell me when you asked me to reset my password that it would wipe out all of my sync data????😰😠😭

If I would have known I would have just waited to try my password again later.

There must be a way. This just happened the whole reason why I signed in was to sync my data to my new phone. PLEASE recover my data!!!!!!!

And pls change ur UI to say in when asking if you want to change ur email password that it may wipe all ur data and nothing will be available!!!

There must be a way. This just happened and I can prob recall my old password. Can it be rolled back to yesterday's settings?? Or the setting even from this morning?

My laptop operating system Linux ubuntu crashed. I had to reboot using new linux OS Linux Mint. Laptop now working but have lost all my search. I sometimes use DuckDuck to serach. Help in recovering my bookmarks.
