I'm running v100.0.1 (64-bit) on Win10. I've seen others report this problem but haven't found a fix listed anywhere. <Ctrl-P> or Menu->Print results in the same problem. The print overlay starts up (say Print in top right corner), spinning wheel above Preparing Preview in the center of the overlay... Never ends. I have to Esc to get out of it. Happens on any page. Print dialogue works fine on same pages with Chrome and Edge.

I have Firefox 100.0.1 on my Mac desktop, and Firefox 100.0 on my MacBook Pro laptop. I can no longer access my Microsoft OneDrive account via the web on my desktop, but I still can do so on my laptop. I have gone through your posted troubleshooting steps for Firefox on my desktop, to no avail. How do I get my desktop back to version 100.0 so it will work again? I can access my OneDrive account via the web on my desktop when I use the Safari browser, so the issue is definitely with Firefox version 100.0.1, and not with my desktop.

Hello everyone! I have a question concerning what the default value settings are for the two below security.tls.versions in About:Config. Mine are currently set at 4 for version.max and 3 for version.min. The reason I ask is that I have gotten two Event 36871 errors since updating Firefox to 100.0.1 stating "A fatal error occurred while creating a TLS client credential. The internal error state is 10013." I was using no other program besides Firefox at the time I received the errors.

I can no longer print from firefox. The final print always comes out 1/5 +- size and is unreadable. It doesnt matter what king of a document it is and if I go to chrome or edge it prints fine. This began occurring I believe after the last version.

Just now, I tried to use "Email Link..." under the File Menu and got a pop-up asking me to "Choose an application to open the mailto link." I have seen this before, several times, and usually fix it by going to Tools > Settings, under General > Applications, select "mailto" under Content Type, then select Gmail from the drop-down menu.

This time, however, Gmail is not presented as an option, in this pop-up. Clicking "Choose..." just opens up a Windows Explorer file-picker window.

I tried to fix this in Tools > Settings, under General > Applications. There, "mailto" just shows "Use other..." and if I click that, the "Select Helper Application" pop-up window is basically blank, with a message at the bottom saying "No applications were found for this file type."

I refreshed Firefox but it did not solve the problem.

I have tried to attached images but they will not upload.

I am running v100.0.1 (64-bit) on Windows 11

Is Firefox will support this feature ? Or at which version will support ?

File System Access API

Seems as if Firefox is updating every other day lately. I have Dashlane on my tool bar, and it seems to freeze/disable after every update. When I open Dashlane separately in the browser and log in, it congratulates me on installing it on a new device. What is Firefox changing with its updates that makes my computer look different to Dashlane? I cannot find the Dashlane version running but I do have it on automatically update.

Fire Fox no longer appears on the menu bar. I have to go to programs and open it each time I want to use Fire Fox. It will appear on the menu bar as long as I have it open but leaves the bar if I close it.

Using Firefox 100.0.1. Debian Linux. Dell 1525 with 4G ram.

When playing a certain mp3 file in the browser, if I use the arrow keys, or the mouse, to skip forward or back, there is no response, but the audio stops playing for a period of time, then, finally it starts playing again at the spot it was before.

This does not happen with this file in Chrome, or in VLC. Also, with other mp3s it does not happen in Firefox.

I finally got it to work by converting the file to ogg vorbis, but this is not something I want to make a practice of..

I imported the file back into Audacity, and re-exported it as an mp3. Same result.

Weird... Any ideas?

Recently got a new PC with Windows 11 and since I downloaded Firefox the shortcut of CTRL+Shift+O will not open the bookmark manager. Does the same on Opera GX and Chrome. Not sure if I did something wrong in the PC settings but nothing I've tried has fixed the problem

My picture-in-picture remains in full screen, even if I double click with my mouse. When I click the ESC button it just closes completely. I have restarted both Firefox and my computer, but I keep getting the same problem. Not just in YouTube either, also on other websites.

I've always used Firefox as my default web browser. Now that Microsoft Edge got loaded onto my PC I can't access a lot of my bookmarks through Firefox. I get an "access denied" response. I've tried removing MS Edge but it won't let me. Is there a fix for this problem? How do I remove MS Edge? Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank You. Dale P. I set manual proxy configuration to access provate network. Browser is unable to contact private server. Even when manual proxy configuration is established, browser still access public domain web pages such as youtube or any other public page, which means that it is not recognizing Manual Proxy settings.

I have recently registered with Firefox after having used it for a long time. I now find that the password that I thought I had used is not recognised. I am currently logged in. Is there a way of viewing my password in my account details? I do not want to change the password as I am unsure what I will lose from my history etc

My Macbook Pro was repaired at the local Apple store. When I got it back, Firefox was closed. When I opened it again, I could not restore my previous session. It has been over a week now. How can I restore the session from before my Macbook Pro was repaired?

The image below are the details of my google account activity taken out from Google. The ip addresses in red I have hidden as they are my real IP. The rest of the IP's are not mine, and with a quick iplookup it directs to Sverdlovskaya oblast' in Russia. Now I dont think I used a russian vpn but there is a possibility I made an error. But what really strikes me here is the Firefox versions. At both the points 1 and 2, marked in blue. there is a change in version, in fact a downgrade from 100.0 to 96.0. How is this possible? I cant seem to find an explanation. And then it jumps back up to 100.0. I also another timestamp where it downgraded to 96.0, and then came back to 100.0 . I'm really worried about the possibility of a hacker on my computer. If someone can find an answer to this it would mean a lot!

In Firefox I set my download settings to "Always ask you where to save file", and for most of the websites that still works. Unfortunately, since a recent update, gmail does not do that anymore. It gets immediately saved in my downloads folder without any prompt of where to save it. Any solution how to fix this? Thanks!
