Hello. Why doesn't Fiery Fox release a portable version of the browser? What if everything was in one folder and didn’t shit throughout the entire system?

I am trying to install Firefox on my new iMac. I can download the Firefox.dmg file and click the Eject "Firefox", but Firefox is not appearing in my Applications folder. What am I doing wrong? How do I get it to transfer?

Hello Team My name is Sergii and Im C# Automation engineer and working with desktop automation for Firefox (latest version, 139.0.4). I have noticed interesting issue when for some VDI's (Windows Server 2019 Standart, OS Build 17763.7009) Firefox doesn't have Desktop Automation ID, while for my Windows 10 and Windows 11 machines everything is visible (Please checks screenshots). Do you know how to fix this? I have tried to install browser through the same Firefox Installer.exe file but looks like server detecting another OS version and downloading some another file... Thanks!

firefox keeps knocking me out of certain web sites such as discovery netflix ,telling me to update to the latest version then restart it but no luck so far please help me ,as i still getting payed for the webpages but still can not watch because i need latestversion of firefox please help.

Dear Team, I was asked to start an upload in Firefox. I tried that. I get the message 'Couldn't load XPCOM' What do I have to do to restart Firefox? It's urgently needed for account verification! Clearly your crappy browser system won't stop crashing my tabs with its stupid updates randomly out of no where while I'm in the middle of working on something. I can't even report bugs in games anymore because I go to pastebin to post a crash log, and firefox decides to say 'RESTART FIREFOX TO CONTINUE USING' for no reason. I am very angry, this happens so often its ridiculous. I have updates set to "check and choose" and yet your browser keeps crashing all tabs all windows telling me to restart to continue using, and only today did I realize it said it was related to an update. This is unacceptable behavior. This browser is becoming unbearable. Crashing/updating in the middle of my work is very bad, and this is getting old. Obviously this time it was an unwarranted update, who knows if my browser has even been crashing at all. Just keeps getting disabled for your forced updates. I need them disabled, NOW. I choose when to update. NOT YOU.

I downloaded the most recent Firefox update (version 139.0.4) and since then, Firefox has been prompting me to restart to continue using Firefox every day. When I give the go ahead to restart, I get a pop up that says I need to either exit the Firefox client completely, or create a new profile to continue using it because Firefox detects an older version (this is even after updating it manually).

It's made about 5 profiles since the 10th, and they're all still in tact. I clicked my very first one and it very much still works (and even gives me a popup when I open it in a new window that says Firefox is using the latest version). It's been really disruptive to my work flow as it has happened several times in the last two days. I keep checking my settings and it says that I'm updated to the latest version of Firefox, but it continues to kick me out.
