Firefox will not down load some email files says I need to uprgade butI have the latest upgrade but it looks like they think i am on windows 8 but I am on windows 10

I was having problems with the firefox browser. This has never happened. I always use firefox and the company said that firefox was compatible to there sight but I could not access.

I have tried to bookmark websites recently and cannot. Once the star in the web address turns blue the pop up scree will appear. I hit the save button and the website does not bookmark in the file created for say 'news' bookmarks. I tried with other websites/bookmark files. Nothing seems to be happening.

'bold text' It will not allow me to go past the home page on large sites such as www.homedepot.com or www.costco.com . I get the following notification.

Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.costco.com/gasoline.html" on this server.

Warun habe ich Version 115 und auf einem anderen PC und Laptop die Version 128. Alle behaupten ich hätte die neueste Version.Hauptproblem ist, daß seit dem 1.8.2024, 17.16 Uhr auf dem PC mit der Version 115 die Symbolleiste und alle Lesezeichen verschwunden sind. Vierenscanner habe ich deaktiviert. Gruß Gundi

When I try to sign in to Chase banking, it tells me to upgrade my browser, which I have already done. Had to use Edge to login successfully. Using Windows 11 Pro with current Firefox browser.

I have emptied cache, reset everything and I still get

This is from Cabelas.com but I am getting it more and more from other web sites. American Airlines, Delta.com, etc. I accessed the help and did all the steps about fingerprinting and turning off "enhanced tracking protection" and nothing helps. Any ideas? Don't like the idea of using Chrome or Edge, but Firefox is almost unusable for me now. If I have to keep using another browser for the sites, may as well just use that one only.
