I am using Firefox to conduct Securus Jpay video connect visits and I have been unable to join a scheduled session due to what I believe is failure of the downloaded VRE client to load. When I do a precall test, everything, including the VRE client works correctly and I'm told that I will be able to run a session successfully. However, just as the video connect visit is about to begin, I am told to download the VRE client to continue. I have don't this multiple times, deleting each prior download and re-doing the download +installation. It's been very frustrating and I've tried everything. Up until about 2 weeks ago, everything was working smoothly. I'm stumped. Please help. thank you.

I am unable to load my Facebook . have Googled the problem but am anable to perform most of their advice. I am running W11 and have emptied the cache but this didn't fix the problem. Please help !!

I can no longer access my bank account login page. It says Error: Forbidden Your client does not have permission to get URL /login from this server. I can't find help and I'm totally frustrated. I AM NOT A COMPUTER TECH. I am just an end user and this is WAY WAY TOO COMPLICATED A PROCESS FOR ME

Is this process being blocked by Firefox?

I subscribe to platform stansberryresearch.com, but it can't download and I can't access the platform. Is firefox browser blocking it?

I access Bluesky (bsky.app) for business on my PC. Since the last update, I've been unable to access Bluesky from my regular Firefox browser. I can using other browsers, the mobile app, and, oddly, in Firefox private browsing. I've cleared my browser history, cookies, etc. I restarted the computer. I logged out of Bluesky (and now can't log back on the regular PC account because it claims I'm not connected to the internet). Yet, I had no trouble logging in using private browsing.

I've looked through settings, etc. and can't figure out what could be limiting my ability to access this website.

Is Firefox blocking my access to certain websites? for example www.rt.com I'm able to access using a VPN which suggests Firefox is restricting my access.

I am so tired of this. I am continuously being blocked from webpages because Firefox says I am not able to access them. First it was Macy's website and now it is my bank website. I have just gotten a new computer this week, but it was occurring on my previous one. I am 71 years old and am not a computer whiz on these situations. I was able to access my bank account this morning but not now. Total bullcrap.I really liked Firefox, but if it continues I will switch to something else. I just received this error code. I can't access the Chewy web site to buy pet food. I'm guessing it's due to an add blocker feature in Firefox. I do believe there is a way to turn that function off for certain URLs. How do I do that?
