Why can't I online shop with Mozilla? For months now I have had to go to another browser to use websites and make purchases. It doesn't happen 100% of the time, but enough to have me consider using a different browser permanently. I have used Firefox for years and don't want to change. But, when I need to purchase things or even pay bills and it won't let me continue on to a site, it's an issue. And yes, I have cleared cache and cookies and it doesn't seem to make a difference.

Specific examples: I logged into a store that I have purchased from before to make a new purchase. I can browse the website, but when I add to cart and try to check out, nothing. No message, not anything to help me know what the issue is. I go to Edge, pull up the site, and complete my transaction.

Today I tried to log onto a site that we just set up an account with yesterday. It's to be a guarantor on an apt for my son. We set up the acct and went today to finish the requirements and it won't let me access it. Just keeps scrolling. I go to Edge, log in with no trouble.

Cannot Login to Vanguard site (https://investor.vanguard.com/home). I was able to login (for years) prior to today. I can login using EDGE.

Error code on Netflix preventing me from watching videos despite having latest update to Firefox, 94.0.2 (64 bit) and latest update to Widevine, version 4.10.2209.1 which says it was last updated on December 3, 2021. Netflix error code is F7121-3078 and says 'looks like your browser is no longer supported. Please install the latest version or try another browser'. Please help.

I am no longer able to log into Vanguard from Firefox. Login page is https://investor.vanguard.com/my-account/log-on. I had no issues until about three weeks ago. I have no issues when using Edge or Chrome.

I am unable to watch series and movies through firefox browsers, I faced the issue initially on Netflix (date- 03/12/2021, it showed that there was a problem to play the video and to update the browser to latest version, when i checked the browser was all updated to date. The same issue is continuing today (date- 04/12/2021), and it is the same for Disney+Hotstar as well. Please fix this issue.

I no longer have sound on any websites after I muted sound for 5 minutes then enabled it again. I have uninstalled and re-installed Firefox, checked the settings and done all the tips provided to no avail, I still have no sound

Having problems getting verified for the Chase website through the latest Firefox browser. I've cleared the cache, performed a clean install etc. Cannot get it work. Any suggestions?

When visiting the site in firefox, it is said that the page is not found, or at least a portion of the page. When visiting in Chromium-based browser, the data are available normally.

I have the latest version of the Firefox browser 95.0(64-bit). I can not open my Vanguard account using this browser. What needs to be changed to open Vanguard.com. Thank you.

Hi,

Firefox is not responding, not loading pages. It opens, but that is about it. If I start typing, it gives me suggestions, but then fails to load, even if I click on my bookmarks, nothing really happens. Even clicking on Settings, nothing happens. I tried with CCcleaner, restarted many times and closed firefox in Task manager. I would be so grateful for some help!

After updating Firefox to v95.0 (64 bit) websites start to shown in dark mode.

My windows theme is dark, but i don't want to use same for Firefox. I tried to set ui.systemUsesDarkTheme value as 0 in about:config. But problem still remains.

Is this a bug with new version, or a feature :)

I'm working on a reactJs project where we're running an app in an iframe. The app and the project are interconnected. App has an in-page navigation(in same URL) with an anchor tag that allows you to launch a new component in the same tab. It worked and was compatible with all commands prior to the release of the new version of Firefox 95. The click function is not working after the rollout (its not responding in any way). When you use Ctrl + click, a new tab opens with the same URL as the anchor tag with navigated component(and working with target=_blank too). Is this happning beacuse of new security release of RLBox. If this is the case, what other options do I have for resolving the problem?

I have an account on usps.com (the post office). Using FireFox, I am unable to see or use my address book on that site. USPS tech support says it's there and also says FireFox is the most problematic web browser of all. USPS tech support says to use ANYTHING but Firefox.

Yes, I have cleared my cache and cookies multiple times in an effort to solve the problem. And doing so does not solve the problem.

I can use IE or Chrome to access USPS.com and I can see my address book!

I've been facing a constant screen freeze while browsing your Firefox website for 2-3 days. While other apps are working regularly, Firefox is running problematic and it's giving me trouble. When I click a link I have to wait for it to open. Why, I don't understand.

After a Firefox update, Facebook messenger fonts and/or text margins changed and started to look unpleasant to read (too narrow line spacing, the text is crammed vertically and background text fields are smaller). Chromium displays the font as before.

I called the help number for the MyIDCare website, and they told me to download Chrome and log in to the website using Chrome. Using Chrome I could log into the website, but not using Firefox. Is this a problem with Firefox or with the website? Is this just something I have to live with, meaning I have to use Chrome whenever I want to log in to this website? Thanks. The actual Firefox message follows:
