I have loved FF desktop browser since I started using it per my boss in 2003. But I am so tired of the fact that EVERY SINGLE TIME you put out an update it breaks my access to the bank. EVERY SINGLE TIME. I waste HOURS reading articles, calling the bank IT dept, chatting with people who are on 3 calls at once, only to hear them tell me to "just use chrome." I clear the cookies, clear the cache, reboot, follow all the prompts in the settings and THEN the damned bank server doesn't recognize the device so it forces yet ANOTHER password change. It happened again TODAY and it makes me so sad but I cannot do it anymore. I am STILL now (going on 4 hours) trying to access the billpay page @ Xantanderbank. (ahem, secure codename) I am forced now, by this craziness, to use the imbecilic duckduckgo which is A) and offensive name and b) you KNOW it nowhere near the product you have built but I CANNOT DO THIS ANYMORE. Thank you for the time it takes to read this diatribe. I appreciate it.

Hello, Today i launch Firefox and all of my previously opened tabs where gone. Firefox launched with new tab and none of my tabs where there. How can i restore all of my tabs and why this is happening, what is the reason for that? Thank you in advance.

You haven't provided an off switch for this "thumbnail preview image of the webpage" on my taskbar? I don't want anything dropping down from my task bar on hovering over it.

This is a new thing, that Firefox for some reason thought was a good idea. Mouse hovering on my taskbar, and have a drop down thumbnail preview image of the webpage?

My browser settings screen says my browser is being managed by my orgainzationi, but i do not have an organization. This concerns me as to who is managing the browser.

I cannot restore a previous session, and I also do not have the option to configure it, since the option is not shown.

In 3-bar menu not show "Restore previous session", and in Menu --> Settings --> General, the option is also disabled. No help document has helped me to solve

I wanted to use the new VPN feature and the icon initially showed up in the top right, but it has disappeared and is not present in "customise toolbar" or privacy settings either.

Please return my homescreen to my settings. I use the toolbar constantly and now I cannot even find it. Do not help me anymore.!!!!!! I need my toolbar and get rid of the garbage you put on my page.

I would like to express my gratitude for the excellent work on Firefox and would like to propose a few ideas that I believe could enhance the user experience.

Selective Tab Removal Feature Often, when working with a large number of tabs, there's a need to close only some of them. It would be very useful if there were a feature that allows users to select multiple tabs and close them simultaneously. This would significantly simplify the organization of work with tabs and allow users to manage open pages more effectively.

Adding Ukrainian Language to the Page Translation Tool For Ukrainian users, it is important to have the ability to translate web pages into Ukrainian directly in the browser. Given the significant number of Ukrainian-speaking users, this would be a very important and helpful addition. I hope that such an option will be implemented in future updates.

I would be very grateful if you could consider these suggestions for inclusion in future updates. I believe these changes would be useful for many users and would enhance their experience with Firefox.

Very often, Firefox asks at startup: “Should I open Firefox every time I restart my computer?” I don’t need this function, how can I remove this request forever?

There are only two buttons: 1. Yes, open Firefox 2. Not now :(
