I have downloaded (or so I thought) the Firefox 115.13 in order to use Billpay via my bank. After several attempts, my bank keeps saying "Looks like you are using Firefox 78; update to..." Would love any help. Shan

Hi I recieved an Email Notification From Firefox Mozilla saying that i need to Upgrade my Forefox Browser on my MacBook Pro 2009 ( Operating System Yosemite Version 10.10.5 ) by 31st of march.my Firefox is set to update automatically

 so,  Is this a Legit Notification or a scam 
and , if legit, how do i go about doing it without updating my Operating system
   any info would be appreciated !

Hi, my 2008 Mac Pro uses OS X El Capitan, version 10.11.6 and I am on Firefox 78.15.0esr, I cannot install the new upgrade. Can I continue using the older version of Firefox even though the sync will not work anymore?

I have been requested by e-mail to update my Firefox 78.15.Oesr (64 bits) before the end of March. Is this update compatible with my MacBookPro5,4 with IOS El Capitan 10.11.6? Please note that I cannot install a more recent IOS. Without updating my present Firefox, would I still have access to all my favorite folders and applications? Thanks for your help. I was injured and in the hospital a long period. my phone number was changed by my daughter from [telephone number] to [telephone number] my email changed because cable one closed all their accounts. It now is [email address]. Now I cannot log into my facebook account no matter what I do. It is the way I get in touch with my friends and relatives. What happened to my account? Hi Guys,

I am using an older OSx version which I am happily using Firefox 78.15 with no issues. Last week I easily attended meetings via Google Meets with no problems to date, until today.

All of a sudden it states that my browser doesnt support it. I have tried all workaround, uninstalled add-ons etc.

Was there a sudden change? This will affact my day to day work if meets no longer works.

Any information please help

I refreshed Firefox, now my logins are all gone and when I input them to sites, click on Save, nothing will save. Also my Facebook page is not missing half the stuff on the page.

The top informational header for my Earthlink email has vanished on Firefox. I still receive email but cannot reply/forward via Firefox. a complete and correct Earthlink email is still found on internet and their website.

How do I get the header for my email back on Firefox?
